This place is very large.Wheelchair accessible lots of room for groups,parties huge backyard.Its very comfortable 4 bedroom,2 bath,2 living rooms,rec room/Bar.whole building right off of State Highway M-28 minutes from Pictured Rocks, Munising, Au train, Kewadin Casino,Foggy’s steakhouse/Bar,Xmas motorsports park. Right off the ORV trails. Enjoy the view of Lake Superior Grand Island and take in all the beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the living area. The large parking lot off of State Highway M-28 not only accommodates all size vehicles but also large vehicles hauling/pulling trailers.The outside has a fire pit and grill. This is a great place for family and friends that love all out door activities from snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming and going off road on an ATV/UTV.
Recent updates include all new log furniture, memory foam mattresses, bedding, linens, stainless steal kitchen appliances, new shower and vanity in the bathrooms.Each bedroom has a closet and TV with cable. WIFI is also available through out the building.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook even the largest meals! The Master bedroom has an incredible view of Lake Superior Grand island.
You will be very comfortable staying here and will want to come back again.

Super fun place to stay! Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice clean bathrooms. You will get lots of people pulling into the front of the building to take pictures. Loved that the windows are tinted so they couldn’t see inside.

The property sits right on the main road of M28. You get a lot of traffic noise and people pulling in to take pictures with the large Santa in the parking lot. Glad the windows were tinted so no one could see in. Property was very clean and spacious.

This place was very clean and a good location in the area. We really enjoyed the bar and the big open spaces for gathering. There were small discrepancies in the listing/photos (the yard is not fenced in and there is no foosball table anymore) But overall we were very happy with the accommodations. A great rental!

We’ve camped in Christmas for a few years and we planned our wedding in munising. We had no idea this was a rental and were super happy to stay here. Rooms and beds were great, bar area was really cool. We’ve already talked about coming back - maybe in the winter!

July stay
This was a great place to stay. There was plenty of space and it was very convenient for all the sights along the coast of the UP.
It was very clean and relaxing. Great vacation destination.

Excellent stay
Perfect for what we were doing. Clean and everything you could possibly need was there. Kids had a wonderful time also!!

Very clean, comfortable and unique rental. Very well stocked kitchen, and nice furniture. Linens and beds were high quality.

Great spot in the UP!
The place is awesome - right off the main road, very nicely furnished, comfortable beds and plenty of space!! Close to Munising as well, with the casino and Duck Pond within walking distance!! Totally recommend for a weekend up North!

Fun Location
We had a blast staying at this Christmas house! Especially appreciated the night lights in each bedroom and the large space downstairs on the main level.

North Pole Stay
Great place, very clean and plenty of room. Close to so many awesome beaches, hiking trails, and waterfalls. My family loved it.
