Serviceable but needs a deep clean

We knew from the pics and description that the home was dated and worn, but were expecting it to be clean. The home was dusty, and the bathrooms were not clean. The bathrooms may have been wiped down, but they were not thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen and the linens were clean. The beds were comfortable. I called the first day and sent a pic because one of the bed frames was broken when we arrived. I never heard back, but they haven’t tried to charge me - so I guess I’m ok. If you do stay here, be sure your GPS is leading you to the correct property. Three of our four couples went to the wrong property because the GPS directed us north of I-40. This property is south of the interstate. Also, be aware that there’s no Wi-fi, and you have to take your garbage with you. We had a great visit with family, but we all agreed we won’t stay here again.

Rebecca, we're sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. Cleanliness is of utmost importance and prior to your stay, a deep clean was performed at the property. We are surprised to hear you weren't satisfied with the home's condition, and the owners will take a look into this. When you called about the bed frame, the owner replied back to you via text right away. All guests who book one of our properties pay a damage protection to protect you as a guest and the homeowner if anything were to happen, so you wouldn't be charged for this. We have revised the instructions you received to eliminate any confusion on the wifi, directions and trash for future guests. The owners prioritize the guest experience and work hard so all guests who come to visit have an enjoyable experience.
