The house was exactly like the pictures. The instructions for check-in were wrong and I have to call the host who had to send me a link to download an application used to get past the gate. Once in the house it was clean and all of the beds were comfortable. The living room, the kitchen and dining area share the downstairs space and it makes it easy to enjoy meals together. The bathrooms were clean and showers included body wash and shampoo. We had no problems with the property until we left. The beds were comfortable and plentiful. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of space. The pool is small but enough for hanging out and the clubhouse had a bigger one available. There is a Publix supermarket and Walmart less than a 5-minute drive away as well as restaurants. Super easy to get to the Disney parks and no traffic on the way back. We left at 9:30 am before the 10:00 am time and began our drive. A few hours later I realized my wedding ring was missing. We searched the car and the luggage and my daughter remembered she saw it last in the upstairs bathroom counter and I remembered I took off the ring to bathe my autistic son before we left and I forgot to put it on. It was the only thing in the counter next to a small towel. I called the host and explained and he said that nothing had been reported or found by the cleaning staff but that they would contact them to go check. The cleaning crew did find it and it was ultimately sent to me via postal service.

Will stay again

This house and property is wonderful! It was great for the kids and the big pool on property was a great added bonus. It was a straight shot to Disney and only 15 minutes away. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had to get washclothes to bath with since there wasn't any provided. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Only one issue

This property was great, the only issue was there were a few black ants crawling around in the upstairs bathroom and on the nightstand of one of the bedrooms. Overall it was very nice and will book this location again.

Great for families

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The house was laid out well for me and my extended family. The resort pool and water park are great for kids. We loved all the walking in between the lakes. The kitchen was well stocked except we had one kitchen towel provided and no hot pads. And when asked we were told they don’t provide more than what’s in the house. Felt a little cheesy. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

The arrival was stressing as the door code didn’t worked and the management took a while to respond. We paid for pool heating but it didn’t worked and took them three days to fix it. The kitchen lacks plates, tea towels, kitchenware and utensils. The dishwasher machine worked poorly, leaving many plates and cutlery dirty. The AC thermostat didn’t work, either you freeze or you boil. Most of the bathroom sink didn’t drain the water. We had to ask for somebody to come and fix them.
