This is my second time staying at Jim’s property, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in the Chocowinity, Washington area. Jim is a wonderful host—he even calls to check in and is happy to share his recommendations for local restaurants. Great property and great hospitality!

Very attentive host, the property is nice, clean, and confortable... will recommend replacing and adding more beach lounge chairs otherwise we had a great time.

The title says it all. We were fall enough away from the city lights and sounds, yet close enough to get there in under 10 minutes. House was clean and communication with the owner was top notch. Will definitely stay here again.

Great spot to get away from it all

Great waterfront property. Communication with the property owner was excellent, even helped me find a spot to put in our boat. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was great, very clean & welcoming. Had everything we needed & then some. Fabulous views, quiet neighborhood. Owner communicated well, easy check in, he checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend & we will definitely be back.

Perfect spot

Exactly what we wanted on the river in chocowinity. Could not ask for a more better place to just get away. The owner was very helpful called to check in and see how things was going.
