Our Unit 1 is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, downstairs apartment.

*The sleeping arrangements consist of one queen-size bed and one full/double bed (measuring 54 inches wide and 75 inches long). Please be mindful that the full/double bed is slightly smaller, so ensure it will be comfortable for both occupants if there are two of you sharing that bed.*

When booking, please provide the accurate number of people staying so we can best prepare for your stay.

Other things to note
This is an urban Downtown Phoenix neighborhood, with a mix of residential properties, businesses, and public spaces. The area has an authentic city feel rather than a suburban atmosphere, which is part of what makes the location convenient for exploring Downtown and Roosevelt Row.

As with many homes in a warm desert climate, occasional outdoor insects can occur, particularly when doors are opened. We take reasonable measures to keep the property comfortable and pest-free.

The property is located near a shared/public alley and driveway area, so you may occasionally see or hear normal neighborhood activity. If you enjoy being close to Downtown and all that comes with an urban location, you'll appreciate the convenience.

Please note that the second bedroom has a full-size bed, which may be more comfortable for one adult or two people who don't mind a smaller sleeping arrangement.
