Large Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, with Jacuzzi in master suite. One block off of the parkway, couldn’t be more convenient. We have a pool and hot tub on property and athe river is behind the next building. Elevator access to condo to make entry Seemless. You will be within walking distance to many shops the LeConte convention center and many restaurants, as well as several attractions for kids.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this condo and it always delivers. The inside is beautiful. Close to everything we wanna do on the strip, only 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, and it’s 2 minutes away from Food City grocery store (it’s my favorite grocery store I’ve ever been to) and one minute away from Walgreens. Only negative is there’s not TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. But we still continue to stay here because it’s just so convenient and gives us everything we need. We’ll be back next year!

Great location

Host is incredibly quick to answer and help. Right in the middle of pigeon forge. Would definitely stay there again.

I wouldn’t call it luxury but it worked for our family. The parking lot, pool, elevator were a little run down but it’s very close to restaurants and attractions. The unit was comfortable and gave us the space we were looking for. (Note: only 2 of the 3 bedrooms have TVs) Bedding was good and we all slept well. The place was clean.

Beautifully redone space

The condo was very clean with nicely upgraded finishes. Good location a short 5 minute walk to old mill and trolley stop. Kids disappointed that the pool was not yet open but it was before Memorial Day so understandable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Totally enjoyed our first VRBO experience. Outside, hallways, and elevator could be updated but our condo was very nice. Host replied and have us contact information for assistants if it was needed. We would definitely do it again!

This property was exactly as listed. Very clean . A minute walk from the strip. The owner was very nice and check in was a breeze. My family loved it so much they didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

End of Summer Trip

Overall, the interior of the property was nice. The kitchen is very new, however not equipped very well with cooking type things. I could not find a can opener anywhere. The switch for the light above the sink only comes on with the garbage disposal. Everything else is nice. The exterior, elevator and halls are in need of cleaning and paint. The pool is very small and it would be nice if it stayed open later than 9. The location is in great proximatly to everything you need or want to do.

Mixed Feelings

I stayed here with my 3 kids and my spouse. The inside of the apartment is clean and has everything you need besides toiletries and laundry detergent. The location was our problem. It’s at a complex that looks like a truck stop motel. We would have been better off at a hotel. We didn’t feel safe there at all. They had people outside that caused us to worry. I’m not sure if the complex is an apartment building or a place for suspicious activities. The pictures of the pool area is extremely deceiving. The pool was shut down and pool area didn’t even look anything like the pictures. It was dirty and small. If it was open, I wouldn’t let my kids go in it. If you’ve seen the Netflix series Ozark, the motel the family stayed at when they first ran, then you have an idea what I’m talking about. We needed up cutting our trip short and left.

VERY MISLEADING

The inside had obviously been updated, however, not well. The ceiling fan had a cord hanging across the ceiling and plugged in to an outlet on the other side of the room. The building was extremely old and worn. There was a roach motel literally in the parking lot that had extremely sketchy people hanging out at all hours. The pictures are NOT of the grounds as indicated and there is absolutely ZERO "Luxury" about this place. We arrived late in the evening and did not feel safe staying here. We notified owner and management next day we had left the property and found somewhere else to stay. Of course no offer of refund of any kind, not even in part, despite the false advertising of the unit and property. Do NOT recommend!! EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is.

Great Location

I recently stayed at this property with my girlfriends as my daughter was playing softball at the The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge. My interactions with the property manager were great. They responded quickly to my questions, and check-in was effortless. The property manager provided the key code prior to our arrival. The building itself is deceiving as it's in need of an update and/or facelift. Further, it was April so the pool was closed...which made the property look even worse. The pool had a cover over it and was filled with dirt, leaves, debris. I'm sure it's much more appealing when it's open and filled with fresh water! The condo itself was beautiful. There is an elevator that takes you to the condo, and there are two residences on each floor. The condo was clean and spacious! There were 4 of us, and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the unit has a washer and dryer. This condo is a GREAT location!! We were able to walk everywhere. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were also able to walk to both The Island in Pigeon Forge and the Old Mill area. I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Time

Very well stocked kitchen and linens. Everything we needed to have a fabulous time with our grandchildren. Located very close to Dollywood.

Condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely will be staying here again!

Clean and modern. Great location

Stayed with my husband and two teenagers. Location is perfect and the condo is very modern and well-equipped. Close to the Parkway but not too noisy. Enjoyed the balcony and pool

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very conveniently located. The exterior of the complex could use a little maintenance, but inside the unit was very nice. Check in & out was a breeze. No problems at all.
