Immaculate home in a quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculate, well-maintained home. The neighborhood is very quiet and there's an open space behind the house so you can relax in the backyard without feeling closed in. You even get a partial view of the Catalinas from there. The Rillito River Park Trail is only a couple blocks away. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of hiking and sightseeing, and it was nice having a treadmill for the one day it rained. We didn't have a single issue during our stay. The owner was very communicative before, during and after our trip. She even refunded our deposit the evening of the day we checked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and good location

We had a good time in Tucson. This property is spacious, comfortable and the location was good for us. It is in the middle of a fairly new subdivision. It isn't far from good shopping and restaurants. It is walking distance to a good bike/walking path along the river. It is a long drive from the freeway. It's less than 30 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes to several beautiful golf courses in ORO valley. However, there were a few things we found lacking. I have shared these concerns with the owners and I believe they are committed to having everything they need to making this a 5 star experience in the future. You should be aware that this is advertised as 3 bedrooms, but it is 2 bedrooms and an office. They have a mat that could be laid out on the floor of the office for a child. It is very comfortable for 4 adults. The tv channels are basic cable only - no sports or news channels. WiFI works well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
