Oceanfront Condo with Pool

Ocean Front condo completely renovated in April 2018 with new flooring, new furniture, new kitchen cabinets and new kitchen quartz counter, new stainless appliances, new washer and dryer, new wet bar, new lighting and new flat screen tv! It is beautiful!! We also have new box springs and mattress in the master suite. MBR has an additional flat screen. This unit also includes a bunk nook perfect for young children. Master suite has a whirlpool tub. Bathroom has been 'gutted' and redone with a ceramic tile shower which added more space. Shower has a handheld and a separate shower spray for added luxury. Sink and cabinet have been replaced and have been raised. Condo also has crown molding throughout. Two new hair dryers have been installed, one in the bathroom and one in the master BR. There is also a make up mirror installed in the BR. Unit has private wireless internet. Private Deck with new Bistro chairs and table (2018). Fully stocked kitchen. Must bring paper products. No Smoking. No pets.

This oceanfront condo was absolutely amazing. I loved staying there for a week. The ocean view from the deck is beautiful and I enjoyed many mornings and evenings just sitting and enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The condo is comfortable and clean and updated…perfect for a relaxing beachfront getaway. I highly recommend!!!

Relaxing weekend

We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. Seeing the deer on the beach in the morning was a fun, unexpected surprise.

March Stay

Excellent location in Ocean Isle. Walkable to coffee & wine shop. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Excellent communication with owners throughout our stay. The unit is well stocked and very clean. Beautiful view of beach & pier from the balcony. Perfect for a couple.

Wonderful Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic and it was nice to walk to a lot of places. The owners were so nice and responsive if we had a question. Looking forward to another beautiful beach vacation!

Beautiful condo and location!

My daughter and I had a lovely relaxing weekend at Frances' condo on the water. Listening to the crashing waves from the deck was the best! Frances made everything easy and was so accommodating when we requested a late checkout. Thank you for a wonderful first experience at Ocean Isle Beach!

Love this Condo

My family loves spending a week at this condo. We have rented for the last 16 years. Francis is a very accomadating owner and makes sure everything is just right. Hope to continue renting for our summer vacationgeawaygetgevacatioforfyears to come.

Very nice

Great location on the ocean. My wife and I enjoyed watching the waves eating breakfast and dinner on the deck each day. The pier is right next door and we liked meeting and watching the fishermen catch fish. Frances, the owner was quick to respond to anything and such a nice person.

Just the 2 of us

The condo location was amazing- had issue with the jetted tub and washer- owner addresses and offered to have cleaning crew come. Honestly the best thing about it was the location left a day early to come home as the neighbors upstairs and to the side were so our didn’t sleep more than a couple the whole time we were there so sad. Was alarmed when we got there snd there was caution two on the building and stairs- but the location made all of this null and void- works stay again if the snorer wasn’t there

Good stay, unit as advertised

Frances gave us detailed instructions for everything we needed to know from our stay. Communication was clear and host was hospitable. She followed up after our stay to ensure we had a good stay and asked if there was anything we needed that wasn’t provided. We had everything we needed but it was nice that she asked.

The most amazing beautiful view...!!!

Lovely condo with a balcony that looks straight out to the ocean. It's beautiful. Perfect size and fully stocked. Very comfortable to relax inside or out. And, super bonus, you are literally steps from the beach. Francis was very easy to contact and really easy to work with too...very accommodating. Highly recommend this condo. The area has lots to offer as well.

Ocean wedding weekend

Our friends were renewing their wedding vows and staying in a large home just down the street with a lot of people in it. My husband and I decided we wanted to have a little getaway ourselves. This condo was perfect for both of us! Condo was clean and cozy. We like to get up early and watch the sunrise every morning. the beach in front of the condo is beautiful and close to the pier. We had a wonderful weekend and we will be back. Thank you, Francis for being a wonderful host.

Charming and very comfortable condo

The condo was inviting, charming, and a comfortable home away from home. We really enjoyed staying here! It was very clean, and I really appreciated not feeling like I needed to clean the fridge or cabinets before putting away our groceries. Frances was very responsive, and I can tell she takes pride in her condo and wants every detail, no matter how minor, to be brought to her attention so she can address it and make her guests’ stay as comfortable, pleasant, and stress-free as possible. She truly cares. I was impressed that the children’s bunk nook even had blackout curtains so my children could go to sleep around 8pm and then not be disturbed by the light in the kitchen as I was cleaning up or by our walking past the nook, as I think they also helped dampen the sound. There is great use of space in the condo and more storage for our things than I expected. The complex itself is very quiet despite its location. I was pleasantly surprised. If we decide to vacation again in Ocean Isle, we will definitely check for this unit’s availability first!

We had a great time at this condo. The location could not be better. The view from the deck is just amazing. The condo was very clean, comfortably furnished and welcoming. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy and accessible. We loved it and will be back!

Perfect couple escape

Great location, perfect for two people. Beach was good, not too crowded even though it is right next to the pier. Loved that the owners allowed a Sunday check-in. Traffic is much nicer.

I purchased because I felt that beach property was a great investment. I particularly liked Ocean Cove because of its location - being central to the island. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, the museum, the pier, the fishing center and more.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The privacy of the deck which is rare on OIB, allows for us to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean views and breeze without listening to conversations near by. The pool is large and the deck is awesome.
