Lovely condo

The condo was great and as advertised. The property manager Cherie was fabulous and very responsive. I would recommend to others.

Everything was fine. We appreciated the prompt service when we called to say that our vacuum cleaner did not work. We got a new one the next day.

There was a full building fire alarm test that wasn’t communicated with us so my mom had to evacuate the premises for no reason. There was constant hammering above her property the entire 5 week stay that was quite bothersome.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that portions of your stay were impacted by circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately, the building's fire alarm testing was scheduled and conducted by the condominium association and was not communicated to us in advance. Had we received notice, we would have shared it with our guests. We understand how unsettling it must have been for your mother to evacuate unexpectedly. The association does typically post notices in the lobby and near the elevators prior to scheduled testing. We were also surprised to read about the construction noise, as neither concern was reported to us during the five-week stay. Unfortunately, we cannot address issues we are unaware of. We only had your contact information on file, not your mother's, and were never given the opportunity to assist. Regarding the noise, repairs and renovations within neighboring units are managed by the condominium association and individual owners. While we do not control those projects or schedules, we understand they can be disruptive during a longer stay. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We appreciate your stay and wish you and your mother all the best.

Great stay

We had a great stay as Isla del Sol. The team was incredibly responsive to any questions we had while preparing for our trip and during our stay which was very helpful. The property itself was great - right on the water, great pool, tons of kitchen essentials to make sure you're well set up to just buy groceries and "move in." We would definitely come back.
