The Space:

This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom/1.5-bathroom beachfront unit features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals, a spacious breakfast bar with seating for four, and a comfortable living area with two queen-size sleeper sofas. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open to a private patio with direct beach access. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and private half bath, while a full hallway bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit for added convenience. Relax on the patio after a day at the beach and watch the sun set.



The Neighborhood:

Fort Walton Beach, Florida is a favorite destination known for its sugar-white sand beaches, emerald-green Gulf waters, and laid-back coastal atmosphere. We enjoyed out stay for the beginning of April 2026. We only stayed a few nights, but the property was clean and looked just as the photos and listing described. We were very happy to have all the extra towels and also the shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap was helpful for a short stay! We enjoyed being on the 1st floor because it made it very easy for me, my wife, and my two sons (age 6 & 4) to go to the beach! You couldn't see the ocean from the patio because of the sand dune, but the landscaping was nice, the weather was perfect, and you could hear the ocean nicely. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Beautiful place. Very roomy, clean and well stocked. Idk what’s up with other reviews but 103 was amazing, clean and updated. Couldn’t beat it being that nice with a little yard and right on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Some of the furnishings in the kitchen were worn out, example aged baking pan with rusty spots on it, too dangerous to cook in. The coffeepot did not function properly. Coffee over run every time used, had to stand by it to hold the coffee pot up to the driper. After mgt looked at it and stared it was new. Its just not a good machine, or the coffee pot had been replaced and did not fit properly. None of the cooking pots had fitting lids. The bed mattress had a low spot the size of an oversized Fat man made an indentation in it. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The other furnishings were fine. The sleeper sofa was great.
Coffee pot ran over with each pot of coffee.
Coffee woukd not drip into the pot, like the pot was not the correct size.
This bak8bg sheet had rusted on the inside and would not wash off.
Rusty baking pan.

I personally went to the unit upon the guest concerns. The coffee maker is brand new. The guest did not know how to use the dual drip/ K-Cup coffee maker. (I showed the guest how to use the machine)- the mattress is brand new and purchased a month ago. The cookware is also in good condition. This is not a valid review for this property. The whole unit has been upgraded with new floors, paint, mattresses, etc.

Sea Oats is so nice. Location is right off the bridge. On the beach. Our experience from start to finish was outstanding. Quick response when we had a question, easy check-in and check-out. Chairs and umbrella on the beach were definitely needed. We had all we needed. I want to come back. Thank you

Truly Convenient

We loved being able to step out the back door and be literally steps away from the beach. Having chairs and an umbrella included was also a nice perk.

Sun, Sand & Surf! Who could ask for more!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Accommodations were comfortable, and well provided for. Access to the beach couldn't have been easier! Sunrise and sunset walks were both spectacular & soothing. We look forward to returning!

Great place for a small family.

The property was really close to the beach which was the best thing about this place. Not very far from Destin at all…so gorgeous beach minus the Destin traffic. No major issues that needs to be addressed.

Great condo!

Condo was very clean when we arrived and we were luckily able to check in early! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of room. Loved the informational binder and would definitely book again!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first time, as a family, taking a beach vacation so It was also our first time renting a condo that was beachfront. This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for. Super clean, easy access to the beach, and the entire place was family friendly. We will be back again. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Perfect Set Up

1st floor right by the boardwalk was very nice. Small complex so getting chair and umbrella on beach was easy. Place was very clean and just as shown in the pictures.

Perfection!

We loved our stay at Island Sands! The unit was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and we loved having the floor unit. No stairs to mess with and just a few steps to the ocean!
