Everything was fantastic! This is our second time staying here, and we are just as impressed as the first time. My son absolutely loved it here. The beach is pristine, the rooms are spotless, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. It is a perfect place for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

Check in/ out process was great, clean property BUT— only have us 1 trash bag which was filled quickly, the beach umbrellas were both broken in the closet, & the patio furniture could use an update! Otherwise— cleanliness, comfort, & location were FABULOUS!

Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third time I have stayed in this condo. Perfect view of the ocean from the bedroom and living room. The furniture is comfortable as is the bed. The washer and dryer are both very quiet. Fridge is big and the icemaker works.

You can’t beat the view/location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can’t beat the view here! The huge window in the bedroom that overlooks the beach is gorgeous. Prime location steps from the beach makes this vacation a breeze! Everything was clean and the apartment has everything you could ask for during your beach stay. Something to note, that is completely outside of the owners control, is that the building itself (hallways, elevator, lobby, etc.) is very dated. That said, the unit was perfect for us and we were very happy with our stay. We even added on an extra night while we were here! The pool and grilling area has been updated and is great. Check-in was easy and renters were helpful and available if needed. We would definitely recommend, especially for the low price vs location.

Destin Miramar beach very relaxing and beautiful

We had a nice vacation at the Miramar Beach and the apartment rental was very nice on the 10 th floor the View was very beautiful thank you for having us we had a great time would definitely visit again sometime 👍

Destin Beach Trip

Excellent and very convenient location Gibson Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and available at anytime for your questions and they did a great job of keeping you informed. I highly recommend them

September 2016 Stay

Very nice, clean and just as expected. The view is breathe taking. Enjoyed our time Ns would come back. Would love to have golf cart rental on site.

Wonderful! It's great to hear everything was perfect and just as you imagined. You are so right - that view is unbeatable and almost puts you in a peaceful trance just watching it each morning! We, too, wish the Resort allowed golf cart rentals, but they cracked down on that some time ago. There is a lot of liability and other concerns/issues with rentals such as these on such a busy Resort. GBR does pay for gram service for all of our Sandestin rentals for our guests and owners though so you shouldn't have to worry about driving around the Resort or over to Baytowne - it's all included! Thanks so much leaving your feedback; we really do appreciate it and hope to see you back soon again!

Perfect Stay

We have loved our stay! Gibson Rentals made everything easy and enjoyable. From the welcome gift of sunglasses and sand pail to the free local experiences such as a round of golf. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and could not have been better. The view from the bedroom was worth it in itself. We cannot wait to come back and plan to use Gibson rentals again.

Great location and views. Sofa bed needs to be updated., not comfortable. Would have liked a working ice maker in freezer.
