Paul was an excellent host- very responsive and kind.The condo was beautiful- fantastic view; and very comfortable. The place was so clean- wonderful stay overall! We were grateful for the umbrella and beach chairs in the room- very handy!

This was the perfect place for my husband and me to celebrate our anniversary weekend! The views were absolutely gorgeous, and the location was perfect. Paul, the host, provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which made everything so smooth. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be booking again!

The best vacation we have ever had! The condo was wonderful - very clean and nicely furnished with a beautiful view of the beach! The bed was very comfortable and we slept great the entire time we were there. Paul is an amazing host and quickly responded to texts and addressed questions/concerns quickly. We were very happy and definitely plan to go back!

The views were amazing!!! The condo itself was just what was described…just wonderful! Paul was an awesome host, answering questions days before my trip up until the day I arrived and was a little lost. I would definitely return to the same condo on my next trip to Destin.

We had a wonderful short two-day stay! The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Host communication was fast, friendly, and very responsive.The ocean view was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The beach itself was fairly busy during our stay, but it still had a great atmosphere and was enjoyable.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable property with an amazing ocean view.

Our host went about and beyond to make sure that we got there ok. We've never had a host to come and meet us and take us to our condo, and show us around, and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a front row seat for the fireworks, which were awesome!! We had a great time and we intend on going back again. If we could give more then 5 stars, then we surely would have. Best vacation in a long time.

We had a wonderful vacation at this apartment! It was the perfect size for two adults and one child, and having the sofa bed really made a huge difference in our comfort. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the place was spotless. Paul was also incredibly attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very well maintained, on the beach, and conveniently located near the restaurant and resort. Great stay and would recommend to anyone.
