Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a trip for my husband’s birthday. Also one of this vendors from work took him to play golf and fishing. The location of this property is absolutely perfect! It came with a golf cart rental which was incredibly helpful! The room size was perfect as well. Nice balcony view too!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio layout was functional and spacious! It was a great size for the two of us, but we could definitely add a few young kids comfortably. The property is very nice and well-kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything is as advertised. Great spot at beachside and the new pool was awesome. Place was super clean and easy check-in and out process. We will definitely be back. Awesome time of year to come to Destin.

You advertise a heated pool and hot tube. Both are untrue and very very misleading. Too old to waste my money and time on misleading amenities.

We’re truly sorry the pool and hot tub availability impacted your stay, and we understand how disappointing that would be when those amenities are important to your trip. This condo seldom, if ever, receives less than a 5 star review so we take your concerns very seriously. The listing notes that the pool is heated seasonally, and unfortunately the heating schedule is managed by the Beachside II community association, not the individual condo owner or Beach Blue Properties. This year, the Board elected to turn off the pool heater on April 1. The hot tub was also temporarily closed due to a leak that required repair, which was outside of our control. We’re sorry this created frustration and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We do hope you were still able to enjoy the pristine gulf-front condo, beautiful views, and golf cart during your visit.

This was a nice place for a weekend getaway. The host was very helpful and the condo was clean. Good for a couple or small family. The added bonus was the golf cart that came as part of the rental! We liked the location, close to everything we wanted to see. Though there was renovations going on to the building, it was not too distracting or noisy and the workers were polite. We enjoyed out time here.

Beautiful condo for a couple or mother daughter getaway!

Beautiful property. Very safe had issues with golf cart but manager was on constant contact with us and compensated for the issue. Bed is very loud and slightly uncomfortable otherwise great!!

Wonderful location

The condo was updated and very nice. The location was wonderful as was the view from the balcony. It was very clean and well appointed. We will be back!

Always love Beachside II at Sandestin, and this condo was awesome! Very clean, well stocked, fantastic ocean view, and property manager was great and very responsive even when I failed to read all of the check-in details. (please forgive me). Also the golf cart was a really special added bonus!

Spectacular Sunset

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! The location is perfect for watching the beautiful sunset. Very clean, and everything we need to have an enjoyable time at the beach was provided. Short walk to beach access. Check in/out process was a breeze! Can’t wait to come back again soon!
