The unit features 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, with sleeper sofa's, full kitchens, living room... Unit is about 800 to 900 square foot with downstairs patio with loungers and patio tables and our upstairs unit has front deck-side deck to enjoy ocean views with patio tables, sitting area and loungers.. The unit has been remodeled and feature beach decorations.. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Great beach cottage

Loved staying right on the beach. Cottage was well decorated, very clean, and steps to the beach. Host was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Directly on the beach!

We had a great stay! It was very convenient to step onto the beach and 100’ walk to High Tides Restaurant. They are still working on the outside of the building after hurricane BUT the inside of the Dolphin Suite is absolutely perfect!

Could not ask for a better location. Everyone was friendly. It's just an old condo and still need some updating. but over all we truly enjoyed ourselves.

Old Florida and relaxation!

Spent a week in the Sea Watch Suite. Location is beautiful, beach is peaceful and the view is spectacular. Suite was well equipped and Rusty asked when we saw him if we needed anything. Would happily return with family again. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby or full kitchen to cook in as well.

Location Cannot be Beaten

The beach side location without having to cross the road cannot be beat. Saw dolphins while eating lunch on the porch. Watching the sunrise over coffee was amazing. It is a historic older home, which while beautifully cared for, does have some quirks, but overall it provided an amazing trip and we cannot wait to come back

We loved this place !!!

Stayed in the Dolphin . Place is amazing and the view is the best I've ever had on a beach and I go yearly . . The other 2 suites look awesome too ! Just steps from the ocean. It's a one bedroom one bath with 2 couches in LR . Has full kitchen with everything you need! Definitely want to go back again ! May try and rent two suites so my adult kids can join us !!!

RELAXING!!!

My husband and I, along with our dog stayed here for 6 nights. The accommodations were very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we felt very safe staying here. The owner was AWESOME! She made sure that we were comfortable. And, YES, it is only steps to the beach. We stayed upstairs and loved the view. There was a gate on the deck and our dog enjoyed laying in the shade letting the ocean breezes blow across him. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

Great location and private beach access, quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in the sea turtle suite! Our pooch did too! The location is amazing, steps right down onto beach with a little restaurant within walking distance and many others a short drive. By the Sea cafe was great for breakfast! The place is a little older, but that's what gives it charm. Some things weren't working (toaster oven)and while they provided beach chairs and umbrellas we didn't find them until our last day. The wifi didn't work so well, but not really there to enjoy internet. Overall we really enjoyed the place immensely and will be coming back for another summer stay.

This place is full of black mold. Uninhabitable. The owner lies about complaints from previous rente

Horrible! If you continue to support this persons properties, then you are supporting black mold, cockroaches, and the place is totally dirty!! I will NEVER book through VRBO again, and will discourage anyone from booking through your company. This man is a liar and rapes people of their money! The worst ever in 10 years of staying in Flagler Beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Peace and quiet

There is only a couple things off. You can’t sleep 4 people! I had to sleep on the pull out sofa, and it was terrible! I’m only 5’1/2 and my head and feet touched both ends of the sofa! It was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy.! Also I see the Hurricane damage,which we can understand, however there was no step to exit the sliding glass door to the sand floor. Not safe.

So close to the ocean

My Mom and I had a wonderful time while staying there. You can't get any closer to the ocean without being in it. Suites are decorated beautifully, each with its own theme. The reason I know about both, is we were having such a great time, we didn't want to leave and decided to stay an extra 2 days. Even though we had to move next door due to someone coming into the one we were in, it was no problem as its just a few steps to the next suite. I so hate that you are now having to deal with the damage where the patio out back was due to the hurricane, then tropical storm. It will come back and be just as beautiful if not more than before. But it did not bother us one bit. When you go to the beach, you got sand, so being on the sand while sitting at the picnic tables was not an issue and anyone who complains about it is just crazy and has no compassion. We cannot wait to go back later this year. Mike, the host, was great..Thank you so much for a very memorable and wonderful vacation. See you in a few months..

Location, location

We had a short weekend stay here and I think that was a good amount of time for this property. It is true that the doors lead to the beach but the house is in dire need of structural repair. The inside is clean and has all basic amenities. It was awesome to have a direct ocean view in the entire unit. That said, you have to hike down to the ocean from a small sand hill so anyone with physical limitations or small children should be advised because the only other access is locked. There is no shade from the outside and no beach accessories available. Luckily I was a short drive away and able to bring beach chairs and umbrellas but had I had to travel and purchase those items it would’ve been another expense. There was NO wifi. I reached out to the owner and he sent me the wifi info for another address and we went back and forth about the issue but it was never resolved. All in all, the location was stellar but if you have any unique needs, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Supposed to have a jetted tub We asked Owner shrugged got in his truck with his boyfriend and left.

Old & dirty. Ceiling vents dripping on floor and bed. Not the wonderful place it used to be. A true disappointment. Would not have stayed at all if we could have gotten a refund!!

Peaceful sunrises

This is a gem! Every morning, the beach and sun rinse at our feet! Hours were spent just watching the waves with very little to no distractions. Not much foot traffic just beach, waves and peace. Holly, the manager, is sooooo kind and helpful! She’s great at responding to texts and helpful with area restaurants.

Girls Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The condo was clean, right on the water and next to High Tides at Snack Jacks! Holly (our host) was so so helpful with recommendations for food, spa, local activities kept us close the entire trip and we WILL be back. Thank you for having us!

Beach Get a way

love the fact i can walk out the door and be in the sand and surf in 30 seconds. Flagler is a dog friendly Beach and the pooch's love it. close to most anything you need.

Flagler Beach Watch

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, because it was directly on the beach. The view was wonderful, if your main objective is direct beach front. These places are the only beach front places to stay on Flagler Beach. We stayed at the Sea Watch apartment suite. Unfortunately, this residence needs a lot of work and needs some items fixed for safety reasons. Our oven turned on all by itself and so did a burner the first morning. It almost caught a pizza box on fire that was on top of the stove. Thank goodness we didn't go out to breakfast! We kept it unplugged the rest of our stay. (We informed the manager.) There was no refrigerator handle on the fridge and the pull out couch mattress was worn out, The floor tiles in the bedroom were cracked and my husband cut his foot on one. We still managed to have a nice vacation with quality family time.. For the money we spent we expected a clean and safe residence, we were disappointed overall in this VRBO rental. I never leave negative feedback, but this place needs some TLC!

We have purchased several homes here and decided to purchase this quaint condo/hotel property because it is so rare and unusual. This is the only property of its kind in Flagler Beach because it is directly on the Ocean not across the street.

If you see this property you will understand...No better location..It is beachfront...It is just steps away from the sand from you unit...We will be working on this to always make it better and better. We purchased in June 2015 and already it is so different words could not explain...We also live at this property so we are there for any issues that might arise.

Oceanfront....Oceanfront....Oceanfront...can I say anything else..The downstairs units have 2 sliders in each room so all you see is sand and water...Sea Turtles nests out your backdoor. Beach is so quiet and private...not lots of people to block your view of the ocean..Each room has full kitchens, some rooms have Jacuzzi's, Sleeper Sofa's newly remodeled..
