Newly renovated! This cozy two-story beach Condo comfortably sleeps 8. Step out onto the spacious balcony for morning coffee, and feel the breeze coming from the call of the sea. Rejuvenate your body and soul with family & friends. Overlooks a tropical pool, breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the Bay. 2 bedroom 2.5 bath sleeps 8 with new queen sleeper sofa.

This stunning condo is on two levels, with the main living areas downstairs with a half bath. There are two full baths upstairs. It also has two relaxing bedrooms located upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities of home and then some. Beautiful granite countertops and full-sized stainless appliances. If you want to dine in, there are plenty of options. You can eat at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, or on the balcony. The primary suite has a queen size bed with an in-room bath featuring a custom walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and two bunk beds. TVs are located in the living area and both bedrooms. The downstairs leather couch folds out into a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The Maravilla offers three pools on-site, including a large tropical-style pool with a swim-up bar area. There is also a beach-entry-style pool, a heated pool, and a hot tub. There is also a Fitness Center near the front office. There are several charcoal grills and picnic tables located around the property for your use. There is a Dog park located on property close to the condo.

Galveston Island is a great vacation destination with a variety of activities to enjoy. Within walking distance from the Maravilla, there are go-carts, miniature golf, fishing, and restaurants. There are many great restaurants around the island. Be sure to visit the Historic Strand District and enjoy a day of shopping. For entertainment of all ages, spend time at the pleasure pier or Schlitterbahn Galveston. You might even enjoy a show at The Grand 1894 Opera House, located only 6 miles away.

The property is available for rent to adults over the age of 25 and their families.

Great staycation adventure!

We had a wonderful view, excellent accommodations, friendly checkin, and happy stay. Close enough to home but far enough to be able to relax. Highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful and tons of space!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view is wonderful and the condo is well stocked. We had 3 adults and 2 children, and we had plenty of space. My one small issue is that there is no good, SAFE way to cross to the beach. This is not the fault of the owners, but I think the Mara villa should consider a safe crossing spot.

Beautiful Condo

The property is being remodeled so lots of construction in the front. This condo is in the back and beautifully decorated, clean, lovely view of the ocean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back! Owner was easy to work with and so accommodating. We enjoyed our visit, the pool is gorgeous!

Daughters 18th Birthday

The place was very spacious , 2 ,18 year olds and 2 ,17 year old girls along with my mother , the view was beautiful, had ample amount of towels , close to everything , quiet part of the beach , would definitely stay again.

Homey and very clean

Property is well located. Across from beach, and a short drive to Main Street Galveston. I am really picky about cleanliness of bathrooms and bedrooms at places I stay. Entire property was incredibly clean and so cozy.

Host was nice to accomodate due to hurricane

We were supposed to say that weekend but the hurricane came a few days before. The host was nice to reschedule our stay to a different weekend. The host responded quickly with every questions. The stay was nice. There were some construction in the front of the building. We had some trouble locating the specific condo due to checkin in really late. The place was clean, alot of amenities. Overlall we enjoyed our vacation here with a nice big pool and some beach tine for the family.

Fantastic place to stay!

Our experience with The Maravilla was wonderful! Honestly can't say enough and have ZERO complaints. A family of 5, including 3 teenagers and we had plenty of space, towels, beach chairs on hand if we wanted, coffee and other items to get us started before heading to the store, nice patio...the list is endless. . I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area. 10/10 in our book!

Long weekend get-away

Michelle’s property was perfect for my daughters and I. The condo was above par clean, organized and well stocked for a long weekend get away. The patio with the view is amazing and the heated pool came in handy. The exterior of the complex could use a little updating(construction in process) but Michelle’s condo was an excellent choice for us and we would definitely rent again!

Perfect for a family

Absolutely loved it here. Very clean and comfortable. We cooked 80% of our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Water pressure is a little low but shower worked great. I wish there was a washer and dryer in unit but that won’t stop us from booking here again. Thank you, to our host, for a wonderful experience and sharing your place with us.

Galveston weekend

We absolutely loved our stay. The grounds and buildings will give you a fright when you drive up but keep going!! Once you get inside this condo, it is even better than the pictures. Newly renovated with comfortable beds and furniture. Bathrooms and kitchen totally remodeled. The deck has amazing furniture and you can see and head the ocean!! It was extremely clean and the owners were super helpful !! If I went to Galveston every year I would rent every year. We do not live that close so we can’t. This is a gem!

Great location with a beautiful view

This is our second time staying in this property and first time under new ownership. We love the location, the two story aspect is nice to allow family to spread out. The balcony is roomy and the view is beautiful. We did have a minor issue which might have been caused by a recent hurricane that passed through and once we notified the owner it was fixed immediately. The only downside we have found that is not this property's fault is the nearest elevator breaks down frequently. In the past, we just did the 4 flights of stairs, but we have a 7 month old now and that was challenging. Hopefully once Maravilla is done with the building upgrades, that is resolved as well. But I think it's worth noting in case you have elderly or very young guests.

Beautiful, Clean Condo with Beautiful Views of ocean and pool

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle's condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed to have a peaceful vacation. I love staying at this location because it is far removed from the busy part of the seawall, yet within walking distance to the fishing pier, miniature golf, and there is a go cart and arcade right next door to the condo. It is 5 minutes from the waterpark. We love the pool!! It is the biggest and prettiest pool. The atmosphere is family oriented, and quiet. Any time we travel to Galveston, I stay at the Miravilla and will continue to stay there in the future. I loved our view from the top deck, it was perfect, I definitely would recommend booking this condo and plan to stay here again. Perfect for families, plenty of space....thank you Michelle!!

While the actual unit itself that we stayed in was lovely, very clean and comfortable…the property was less than appealing. The entire front if the building is completely ripped off, and the grounds around the pools were not kept up. The building is old and not well kept. There were maintenance issues with the sprinkler pipes and caused elevator and stairs to be blocked. Also, had to pay to park…this was never mentioned in the rental process…at least that I noticed. This property was definitely one of the oldest looking, rundown properties that we saw.

Vrbo never told us that we would not have daily linen and clean towels and wash cloths. I will never use your service ever again. The property for the price was not what was indicated. The exterior of the property is almost in ruins. I will forward a formal complaint with the better business bureau. Against your company for predatory business. And will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER BOOK WITH YOU

Good choice

The location was one of the better ones on the place. It was clean, which is very important for us. Will always wipe clean frequently touched places anywhere we go. The stairway rail had not really been cleaned in a while, that was the only spot that was missed. By the way, if one has an issue with stairs, this is not the place for you. The apartment was nicely decorated and everything worked well. The fridge could have been sanitized as there were unused condiments in there from not sure when. On Saturday and Sunday sitting out on the balcony was shortlived due to the music being played by the hotel speakers next door, very annoying. Not sure why this is allowed by the management of Maravilla. Also the heated pool was not too clean and the front of the place is being remodeled which should make it a great spot to stay in the future. So.. the apartment was great, the location would rank a 3/4.

Fantastic Spring Break

We had such a great time! We loved the peace and quiet. You could sit out on the balcony and hear the waves from the ocean and enjoy the peacefulness of it all. In the morning we sat out on the balcony and drank our coffee and enjoyed the beautiful view. The host was very accommodating. Once we got there we decided that we fell in love with the condo so much we wanted to stay another night. Michelle made that happen without us having to do much of anything. The Condo is More than what the photos indicate and there were a plenty of room. Although there were only 4 of us, you could easily accommodate more. We cooked, we enjoyed Netflix and other apps., we crossed the street to the beach and to the pier. We fished for hours, we went to the arcade. The property has a hot tub and a heated pool, it was 45 degrees so those were amazing! We drove a little ways down to Rain Forest Cafe, Moody Gardens and the Strand. Everyone is within minutes away. Overall I’d go stay a week there if I could. Thanks Michelle for a great get away!

Stop in Galveston

We were stunned when we first saw the property. They were remodeling the front. It looked like oh no. We arrived and the housekeeper was just getting started. We did do a few things for her to help. We were hoping to just get into the unit. It was updated and possibly could have been cleaned better, had we not have been there. A few things could be added would be a coffee maker as well as the kurig that is available. Blinds on the patio door would be great, a broom to sweep, more towels in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as and instructions on how to operate tvs. If you are not a subscriber to Hulu, Netflix, showtime. We did figure the main tv but bedrooms no. The view was great and furnishings up to date. The grounds are beautiful but, certainly a older complex. Close to Walmart.
