Off the bedrooms down is a large private screened rear porch complete with outdoor dining for four and additional seating, a perfect nightcap location.

Upstairs, the second floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a dining area and a full bath with shower/ tub combo. Directly off the kitchen is the true gem, a large screened porch featuring an outdoor dining area for six, perfect for dining al fresco. There is an additional Adirondack seating area for four. Off the kitchen and living areas if a full bathroom featuring a full shower and tub combination.
