2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single level situated in the heart of South East Boise. Minutes from Boise State, Boise River, Greenbelt & Downtown Boise. Cozy living room with electric fireplace. Granite kitchen with hardwoods throughout. Updated bathroom. Private backyard with flagstone patio, chiminea fireplace & BBQ. Pets allowed. (Please mark the 'pet fee' additional charge when booking with pets. $30/per pet/ per stay) Washer/Dryer. Close to restaurants, shopping, gym. 2 Bike Cruisers on-site for use. Perfect for short or long term stays.

Upon arrival, you will find a booklet containing information about the home, passwords, local points of interest, restaurants, and events going on during your stay.
-Two bicycle cruisers are provided for you to explore the local area or enjoy the 25-mile Boise River Greenbelt that runs through the entire city.
-Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
-This home is approximately 1,000 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
-Each bedroom has a queen size bed with premium bedding.
-The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa and armchair & desk to enjoy the smart TV enabled with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.
-The dining area seats 4 people, there are 4 TV tables in closet
-The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate any meal with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots, and many other items that you may need during your stay. Please feel free to ask us if there is something particular that you need for your reservation.
-The patio is equipped with a propane grill, patio table & chairs, chiminea fire place
-There is plenty of parking with an off street driveway, and street parking out front.
-A washer and dryer are available with detergent for your use.
-There are plenty of towels and extra linens, as well as toiletries if you are traveling light or forgot something back home.
-A pack-n-play is provided for infants.
-Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Lotion & other basic toiletries are provided.

Cute comfy home

This was a cute little place to stay for weekend with family!! The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. Close to everything in the city as well. The backyard is huge and I wish it wouldn’t have snowed all weekend so we could have hung out a little out there. There’s always a next time! I would recommend this place if you need a little her away.

Worry Free Stay

Our time in this rental made us feel really "at home."Info before check-in was timely and all was in working order and clean inside the house.Amy was available if we needed help, but we really did not need anything during our 3 week stay.The yard was great for our small dog, as well as the quiet neighborhood for walks.We were able to cook many of our meals, and Albertson's is only 4-5 blocks away !Thank you Amy for sharing your cute home, we definitely will want to stay again when we are in Boise.

Thanksgiving get away

My husband and I rented this property for a thanksgiving visit with our daughter and granddaughter. The property was beautiful and the yard was fenced and perfect for our dog. The property has everything we needed for our thanksgiving celebration with our family. We will be using it if available every time we visit family in Boise.

Cute bungalow

Had everything we needed. Could have been cleaner, stain on mattress pad, lots of areas that need cleaned better. Wish the L shaped sofa would have been there as pictured, it was a small leather sofa that you couldn't lay down on.

Best First VRBO Experience

A wonderful property in a very nice and convenient neighborhood. It felt like home. Very safe for older women visiting family in Boise. I want to always stay here if I get to come back. Will also highly recommend to family and friends. So much nicer than a cold hotel. Host immediately responded to any communication I sent before and during my stay.

Near BSU and convenient

This is the second time we have rented this prooerty. It is in a quiet neighborhood and for us was very close to where our son and family live.

Boise Comfort

This nice house with a fenced in backyard on a virtually traffickless side street is very comfortable. The neighborhood is wonderful for walks and Boise is at your doorstep. A good find. Dennis and Nancy

Home Away from Home

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect; close to all services and my son. It was clean, very comfortable and cozy. We have loved walking around the neighborhood in the morning and ending up at Black Rock coffee shop.

Perfect!

I traveled to Boise to spend a weekend with family that lives there and this house was perfect! The location is great and easily accessible. The backyard was perfect for my dog and for family time outside. Next time we go to visit I will definitely be seeing if this place has an opening!

Boise Bungalow

This is a nice cottage in a quiet clean neighborhood. I believe it was built in the 50s and has nice character. It’s nice to sit in the backyard and watch squirrels. Close to restaurants, recreation, and coffee. I recommend staying here your next trip.

Perfect Vintage Charm

My son and I were in town for BSU orientation. This will be our go-to place to stay while in Boise! It was clean, close to town, charming, and had a fabulous backyard! Thank you Amy! We had a great time!

Charming home in the heart of it all

Really enjoyed our stay at Amy's property. The home is a small 2 bedroom. Super cozy. Great backyard with lots of crickets and squirrels. The neighborhood is something out of a movie. So quiet and has a great vibe. Just blocks away from grocery shopping and lots of food options. There are bikes in the garage, which is such a nice bonus. Loved our stay.

Boise Shenanigans

Amy's 1950 home is absolutely quaint and just lovely! Great location for all of our coming and goings and very spacious. Wasn't our first stay at this property, surely wont be our last. Thanks for the tip to visit Goldy's Amy! Dont think we'd have stumbled upon it ourselves.

Lovely visit

Our long time - well loved - Boise location is no longer available for renting and we are so pleased to have found this sweet little house. It is attractive, comfortable and convenient with a relaxing back yard and the exciting bonus of bicycles. We hope to be able to stay the next time we are in Boise.

Comfortable and convenient!

Second stay here! Great location and comfy accommodations. Outstanding communication with host who is also flexible. The snacks and drinks are such a bonus and really appreciated after a day of travel! Will always look to rent here on future trips to Boise!

The house was just the right size for a family with a small child. Backyard was great to be able to run around in. Would stay here again.

SE Boise is the BEST location in town. Close to downtown, the Boise River & Greenbelt, Foothills, shopping, airport and more. We fell in love with this little SE pocket. No one would know about this street, there are only a handful of homes on it.

From fall BSU Football tailgating, to year round out door access to the Boise Greenbelt trails & Foothills, there is something for everyone.
