Our community is centrally located with convenient access to downtown, shopping, and theaters. The unit includes a washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave and is located on the first floor.
Note: there is a $100 flat fee for visiting animals. 2 night minimum stay required.

Our on-site amenities include excellent management, a wonderful park like setting, fitness center, a year round hot tub, and seasonal pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day).

The 1250 square foot apartment ready for immediate occupancy. Please check the calendar for availability.

Better than we expected

We chose the location based on price and were delighted to find that it was less than a half mile from the family we were in town to visit. The space was large enough to accommodate all of our group, and with the kitchen, we were able to host a small lunch gathering of family on Sunday afternoon. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and a park nearby in Meridian. Close to downtown (15 minutes). Absolutely amazing deal for the location!

Easy getaway

Great stay. It had everything we needed, and then some. The fireplace and hot tub were cozy on the cold weekend!

30th Birthday celebration

Good location. Easily accessible and good parking. Lots of towels. Well equipped. Missed some coffee, but a shop within walking distance. Quiet location. Fit our needs very well. Thank you for a lovely extended weekend.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property. Is was a great location and we felt at "home". My family loved the pool. It had a great time visiting our daughter and enjoyed having a place for us to visit. We will stay here again!

The property was perfectly located for our purposes, between Boise and Nampa. It has a nice homely feel which was ideal for a small family gathering.

Nice, clean townhouse for our ladies mountain biking trip

Amazing rental with great amenities

This townhome was great. Easy location to the freeway and local shopping. Beautiful park like setting with a BBQ area, sand volleyball court, pool and lots of grass. We would definitely rent here again.

Family stay to visit BSU

Nice set up with parking right out front of the unit. Pool, hot tub and play structure for the kids real close outside the back slider made it very convenient having kids with us.
