Welcome to Brookside Vista Royale—a light-filled penthouse condo overlooking the Pointe Royale Golf Course and a babbling brook below. With vaulted ceilings, over 1,000 square feet of living space, and peaceful views from your private deck, this two-bedroom retreat blends comfort, privacy, and convenience.

Inside, you’ll enjoy:

The best part about this rental is the communication with the host. He was quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment was close to everything. Very well stocked. Clean. We only had a few minor things that were addressed immediately. The apartment is on the 2nd (which is the top) floor. There is no elevator, just in case you can't do stairs. Very quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again.
