As always, we had an amazing time. Amy and Bob are the best hosts and the house is beyond perfect. Of course, our favorite part are the rocks a step away from the house. We love jumping in all times of the day. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your Shangri La!

Family reunion

We have been staying in large Rockport homes for 20+ years - visits that brings our far-flung family together for a week of reunion. This, by far, was the finest. The house is large, beautifully and intelligently designed, and close to our old haunts and to the ocean. Wonderful week.

A Wonderful Week on the Water

This is a lovely home in a prime location with a magnificent view of Sandy Bay. The property manager met us when we arrived and did a fine job of taking us around the property and showing us how things worked. We have been doing family reunions in Rockport for twenty years and this home with plenty of room proved an excellent venue for that. This is a very comfortable home and we found it to be fully equipped with everything we needed. The wine refrigerator was particularly useful. Our week went by in a flash and we were sorry we had to leave.

Extraordinary!

I cannot say enough about this property and all that it offers. Stunning and well thought-out architecture, design, furnishings and layout, to say nothing of the ocean views from every single room. Incredibly equipped Poggenpohl kitchen stocked with every imaginable item one would need and more, and enhanced by helpful labeling and instructions. Nothing was spared to insure our comfort. Communication was friendly, immediate and thorough before and during our stay. Run, don’t walk to 1 Gap Head Road!

Amazing rental property - 5 stars +++

This rental home is a dream. There are simply no words to describe how beautiful it is, and the photos (as amazing as they are) simply don't do it justice! Amy is an absolute pleasure to work with and is extremely attentive / responsive. This was by far our best rental to date.
