Exposed beams and hardwood floors throughout with incredible panoramic views of Sandy Bay and The Old Harbour. The living room, dining room and deck all face the water. You are as close as you can get to the sea. This historical property was the old customs house at the turn of the century. Ships stopped at the wharf across the bay to clear customs here. Original beams and floors are lovingly maintained.

The village galleries, shops, and restaurants, are all within walking distance in the heart of Rockport's bustling Cultural District. Enjoy your coffee on our harbor front deck with bistro table, watch the panorama of seaside comings and goings, the quaint buildings on Bearskin Neck and Motif #1 along with the boating activities of the Old Harbor. You can launch your kayak from our property. Across the bay, hear the music of the Sunday summer evening's concerts .We are just a minute walk from Rockport’s stunning Shalin Liu Performance Center and The Rockport Art Assn.
The commuter train to Boston is a 10 minute walk. Back and Front beach are only a short walk from our home.
Logan airport is an hour away.
