A stunning apartment in a little piece of heaven. Perfect central location and fantastic views coupled with a wonderful selection of restaurants make for a great holiday destination. Make sure to include a visit to the concert hall - not to be missed! We picked Rockport entirely by chance and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us.

This charming,extremely well appointed property provided a home away from home experience in the very heart of Rockport. The view was beautiful. Because the apartment is directly above a very busy coffee shop in an old building with very little noise insulation, there is no sleeping after 6AM when the staff arrives to open the shop.

Amazing Stay

My group had an amazing time staying at Peggy’s place in Rockport. The location is ideal and felt extremely comfortable and cozy. I would definitely book again, and I’m so happy I found this gem of a spot.

Perfect spot in Rockport - we loved our stay! The host was friendly and responsive, and the location couldn’t be better. It's in walking distance to shops and restaurants, and right above a great coffee shop. The place was perfect for two, with a beautiful harbor view and the sound of waves as the tide came in. We’d definitely stay again!

History on the Sea

Absolutely furnished with everything for the kitchen and any rainy days, lots of books and games.

Beautiful Harbor and sunset views.

We had a wonderful time. Excellent property for a viewing the boats in the harbor, people on the beaches and the beautiful sunsets.. Close to shopping and dining.

I have stayed all over Cape Ann and especially Rockport for many years. This was the best. The kitchen is fully kitted out. (And yes, there was even a box grater!) The windows that overlook the harbor and the tiny porch that does as well were perfect for lounging on the sofa, perusing the interesting range of books and magazines or dining outside (which we did each of the four nights we stayed). It's lovely that the Bean and Leaf--long a favorite spot of mine--is just downstairs with good coffee and yummy nibbles. Since it's on Bearskin Neck, parking is a challenge (but you can unload right at the foot of the outdoor staircase and then park), but that was to be expected and it's never disappointing to walk a little bit around Rockport. It's a lovely spot to stay (and The Ice Cream Shop is just next door)!

Guests love our perfect perch by the sea as this guest noted we are “the best” Dining on our tiny porch or walking to fine restaurants our guests know our place is a gem in Rockport for an excellent dose of Vitamin SEA.

Great spot!

Great spot in a little beachside village! Property is a nice little spot. Parking is a bit difficult to find depending on the day/time you arrive. Hosts very nice!

Great view and location

We came to Rockport for a long weekend. The place was very comfortable with an amazing view of the harbor and a perfect location. Note that it is over a cafe as mentioned in other reviews (early 6am wake-up) which didn’t bother us much. We enjoyed the close access to the cafe for breakfast and snacks.

Great get away to Rockport

We had a great few days and were able to explore many walks right from the property and the beach was just a third of a mile away. The town was just getting going for the summer and more restaurants open by the weekend. This was a great introduction to Rockport and we had a fun sail on a schooner down in Gloucester as well

Gorgeous spot!

This is an absolutely beautiful, charming, and spacious apartment in an outstanding location - right in Bearskin Neck with views of the harbor. Light sleepers will want earplugs for when the cafe comes to life early in the morning, but everything else was terrific!
