Lovely condo, thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Perfect location for some rest and relaxation. I didn't really cook but the kitchen had everything needed to do that. If you park a car in front parking lot try not to park under the trees, the birds will leave you presents LOL. The view is charming and private since it looks over historic Prince Kuhio park. I felt very safe there since it was my first solo trip since my husband passed. Aloha and Mahalo nui loa.

The 2nd floor room was right by the main road with lots of traffic noise. Since no air conditioning we had to leave windows open so traffic noise and Roosters crowing started around 2:30am made a restful night difficult.We slept well 5 out of 10 nights.The shower has a high 14” step up to get in and shower is slick making stepping out challenging for us we are 70 years old.Location is good, pool is good landscaping is very nice. Parking is tight.We would not stay here again.

Lovely stay!

Loved the location, less than a mile from Popui Beach. Near good restaurants. Although across the road from the beach, the views were nice and hearing the ocean waves was awesome.

Host sent an informative welcome email containing info about the unit and many tips about the area. The unit was well equipped and we were able (and prefer) to cook our own meals.

Beautiful beach sunsets across the street. Great location on the south shore. Comfy big bed.

Great experience overall. Loved the ocean breeze and the big comfy bed. Having a cooler and beach umbrella were nice additions as well. Great location on the south shore.

I am so sorry you experienced parking issues. Our board is addressing this issue and is in the process of securing more parking. Part of the problem is that some cars take up extra space in a 3 car spot allowing only 2 cars that end up parking there.

Our Hawaiian getaway!

I was a wonderful stay! Close to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and starry night skies. It was a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere. We got engaged while staying there so, it will be very memorable for us! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Steps from the Beach with a beautiful ocean view

This property was clean and quiet and in a great location. It was across the street from Lawai Beach. We had an amazing time and would love to return.

Our Stay at Prince Kuhio Resort Condos

A little maintenance is needed with the unit. Since we like to cook, The kitchen was well appointed with all we needed, and that was really appreciated.

Please let me know what maintenance needs attention and I will see that it is addressed. Dorene has been trying to get someone to retire the shower. I am aware there is a hinge issue on one of the inside doors, but thought it had been repaired.

Lava beach chill

Walking distance to the beach snorkeling on south side. Lava beach go in the morning. Sunsets at night are great there too. Florence responses asap and everything was fantastic. I would rent again. Great for families of 3 to 4 too if needed.
