Newly renovated and ready for your family vacation or get-away weekend. Three bedrooms upstairs, comfy kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs full bathroom has a shower and is fully remodeled. Rare unit close to downtown, playgrounds, bike trails and shopping. Hardwood floors throughout. We have Window air conditioners and fans. Washer and dryer on site. Tv, firestick and wireless provided. No smoking in townhouse. No Pets please. Fully private entrance but back deck and yard are shared with guests in the other unit. This is a very comfortable place to stay with the family.
This is the unit on the RIGHT side of the duplex!

Great location!

We had a great time in Petoskey and the house was a perfect location for enjoying the Christmas festivities. The beds were super comfortable and Colleen was a wonderful host!

Great house for our weekend in Petoskey!

We loved being so close to downtown! It was a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and parks in town. And since the weather was warm we took a few walks to the breakwall to jump in the lake. The house had everything we needed: comfy beds, a nice view, plenty of parking! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Wonderful home!

We had a great time during our stay in Petoskey! We are grateful that the owners went above and beyond during a rare heat wave and brought us air conditioners! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Perfect location!

Colleen was a great host! We loved having the ability to walk to dinner, shopping, farm market, etc. We wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to come back again!

Great Property and location!!!

We loved this property! It was very comfortable, clean and Colleen was very accommodating. The kitchen was stocked well and the extra bedding and towels were nice too. The property is very close to town and we walked to the waterfront and the shopping. We had no issues at all!

Great place and location!

This was the perfect place for my family. We visited for 10 days for a wedding and extended family vacation and this place was perfect for us. We loved how we could walk to restaurants and shops but centrally located to other attractions in Northern Michigan. The place was clean and had all necessities for a family of 4. We highly suggest this rental!

Great stay!

This is the second time staying at this property and it will not be our last! The location is great and the unit is clean and well maintained. The owner is always available should you need her. There is also a view of the water to watch the sunsets.

Great stay in Petoskey

Colleen was a terrific host. She was very responsive to questions before and during the stay and offered suggestions about the local community. The property was great - it was just 2 blocks from town, the house was very comfortable, and meet our needs. Thanks for hosting our family at your property. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Close to downtown

Went for a wedding at the Perry. Location was close enough for us to walk, even in heels. Place is as described. Older home but updated and comfortable like home. Back deck has nice view of the bay. Would stay again if in Petoskey. Colleen was responsive and helpful.

Excellent location

Excellent location walking distance to downtown Petoskey. The house was exactly as described in the summary. Very comfortable for a family of 4 and the hot shower was amazing after a long day of bicycling to Charlevoix. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

Great location, super clean, easy in/out.

Thank you Colleen. Your property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated how clean the house was with a well stocked kitchen and with beds for 6 people. Great location super close to downtown Petoskey. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back next summer!

Everything was very nice. Owner added some nice touches with recommendations of things to do in the area. Also provided a beach bag which came in handy with grandkids. The unit had everything we needed for some stay at home meals. We were close to downtown and it was a nice walk.

Great locat

We had a wonderful stay at this cute duplex. It felt just like home!the kitchen had everything you might need for a meal and the beds were comfy. My 1 year old slept amazing here which was great as she has a tough time on vacation normally. It was only 2 blocks to downtown and the harbor so you didn’t need to worry about parking. I am a runner and it was very easy to run to Bayfront park (.5 mi) and run along the bike path along the lake. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Location, Clean with everything you could need

My husband and I along with our two college kids used this as our launch pad to explore Michigan and it was great-Petoskey has enough to do to fill a day or so, and everything is within walking distance of this place. iI is an easy drive to Headlands Dark Sky Park, Mackinac Island, and many more places. We enjoyed having a kitchen to make snacks and prep for the day trips we took. The owner was fantastic and met us there the first night-she had many tips and suggestions for what to do during our stay. Book this place, you'll love it!

Comfortable Layout & Nicely Located

We stayed in this property for five days. It is well-situated to the downtown Petoskey area. For 4 people, it was very comfortable, and the 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths proved the perfect size for us. It was clean, but the furnishings and linens are seriously worn and need replacement. With these tweaks, it would be a great property. The stairs may present a problem, if you're mobility-challenged.

Cute Place, but 9pm bed time

The place was adorable and perfect for 2 soccer moms and their girls. It was walking distance to downtown which was great. However, when they say 9pm quiet time, they mean bed time. We were just talking at the kitchen table and the neighbor called the cops because we were disturbing her peace. That was the only bad part, loved the place even though the neighbor is cranky.

Great location

The unit was great! It met all our needs and the location was good. The kitchen and dining room were larger than they appeared in the pictures. We enjoyed the deck with the view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

We brought this home in 2012 and completely remodeled it, creating a lovely, family vacation place. We are so happy to host you! We like to introduce ourselves to guests when possible but will respect your privacy. We enjoy meeting people from all over the country and look forward to meeting you.
