Newly renovated and ready for your family vacation or get-away weekend. Three bedrooms upstairs, comfy kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs full bathroom has a shower and is fully remodeled. Rare unit close to downtown, playgrounds, bike trails and shopping. Hardwood floors throughout. We have Window air conditioners and fans. Washer and dryer on site. Tv, firestick and wireless provided. No smoking in townhouse. No Pets please. Fully private entrance but back deck and yard are shared with guests in the other unit. This is a very comfortable place to stay with the family.
This is the unit on the RIGHT side of the duplex!

The home is located in close proximity to downtown and the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet. The home has everything one needs. The property manager is utterly accommodating and responsive. We will come back again.

Good, convenient location. Quiet, aside from church bells going off on the hour, but I personally found the sound of those relaxing. Plenty of space and privacy. Enjoyed the patio for eating outside. I was disappointed in how tired the house and its amenities were. The pictures looked nice when I booked the place online but in person I thought things were more worn out, particularly in the kitchen, which isn't really featured in detail on the listing page. I also thought the washing machine seemed like it could use a good cleaning.

The location is fabulous! Quick walk to downtown, lovely view of the bay, and a quiet stay! I would highly recommend staying here. Colleen is very responsive.

Cute and comfy

This property is older so it's a little quirky: creaky as you're walking around, some of the interior doors close funny, and the lights are connected in ways that aren't always intuitive. But it's clean with ample amenities and special touches, and it's in a great neighborhood. There was construction a half-block away while we were there, which was a little noisy on weekdays, but only during daytime. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms were an excellent touch, and communication with the host was prompt and courteous. The kitchen and dining area met our needs well. We would be happy to consider staying here again next time we're in Petoskey.

Great house for our weekend in Petoskey!

We loved being so close to downtown! It was a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and parks in town. And since the weather was warm we took a few walks to the breakwall to jump in the lake. The house had everything we needed: comfy beds, a nice view, plenty of parking! Would definitely stay here again!

Close to downtown

Went for a wedding at the Perry. Location was close enough for us to walk, even in heels. Place is as described. Older home but updated and comfortable like home. Back deck has nice view of the bay. Would stay again if in Petoskey. Colleen was responsive and helpful.

Great Property and location!!!

We loved this property! It was very comfortable, clean and Colleen was very accommodating. The kitchen was stocked well and the extra bedding and towels were nice too. The property is very close to town and we walked to the waterfront and the shopping. We had no issues at all!

Great location!

We had a great time in Petoskey and the house was a perfect location for enjoying the Christmas festivities. The beds were super comfortable and Colleen was a wonderful host!

Cute Place, but 9pm bed time

The place was adorable and perfect for 2 soccer moms and their girls. It was walking distance to downtown which was great. However, when they say 9pm quiet time, they mean bed time. We were just talking at the kitchen table and the neighbor called the cops because we were disturbing her peace. That was the only bad part, loved the place even though the neighbor is cranky.

Great location

The unit was great! It met all our needs and the location was good. The kitchen and dining room were larger than they appeared in the pictures. We enjoyed the deck with the view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and location!

This was the perfect place for my family. We visited for 10 days for a wedding and extended family vacation and this place was perfect for us. We loved how we could walk to restaurants and shops but centrally located to other attractions in Northern Michigan. The place was clean and had all necessities for a family of 4. We highly suggest this rental!

Everything was very nice. Owner added some nice touches with recommendations of things to do in the area. Also provided a beach bag which came in handy with grandkids. The unit had everything we needed for some stay at home meals. We were close to downtown and it was a nice walk.

Great stay in Petoskey

Colleen was a terrific host. She was very responsive to questions before and during the stay and offered suggestions about the local community. The property was great - it was just 2 blocks from town, the house was very comfortable, and meet our needs. Thanks for hosting our family at your property. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Great stay!

This is the second time staying at this property and it will not be our last! The location is great and the unit is clean and well maintained. The owner is always available should you need her. There is also a view of the water to watch the sunsets.

Great place to stay in Petoskey

It was a wonderful place to stay for the week, overall excellent. Close to downtown and the wedding venue on Saturday. Enjoyed shopping, restaurants. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay.
