Wonderful Condo in a terrific location!!!

Our 2 story condo offers each bedroom with its own private full bath as well as a half bath on the first floor. We have a second condo in the same complex that is the same size, floor plan, and cost, just different decor'. If this one is full on the dates that you want, then check out our calendar on VRBO # 332758. There is a first floor laundry as well as a fully equipped eat in kitchen with service for 12.
We have a wireless internet setup for you in the spacious living room that overlooks a very private natural setting. Have your morning coffee on our covered front porch or enjoy our full deck for grilling out on the gas grill and enjoying a visit around the patio table in a treed setting. You can take a short walk through the trees to the state park and 2 miles of beautiful Lake Michigan beach and wonderful Little Traverse Bay sunsets. Bikers and hikers enjoy the state park as well as the Little Traverse Wheel Way that runs right by our complex. For the skiing crowd we are less than 7 miles to both Nubs Knob and Boyne Highlands. There are cross country ski trails right next door in the state park. Will do a monthly rental except in the busy summer months which is a 2 week maximum.

We enjoyed the Condo in Petoskey. It was clean and easy access to get into condo. It was close to downtown, the state park, and biking trails. We enjoyed having dinner outside on the back deck. It had bathroom and showers in both bathrooms upstairs and well lite and very clean, We would stay at this condo again.

This is a nice, clean two bedroom condo. However, both bedrooms are on the second floor. A challenge for seniors the have trouble with stairs.

There is plenty of room in this condo for a family of four. The location is absolutely perfect for everything you want to do in northern Michigan. The Petoskey State Park beach is within walking distance and downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs are very close by as well. We were close enough for separate day trips to Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The condo is just as described. The kitchen is very well stocked to cook all your meals. There is a nice patio with a grill to cook out, too! There are plenty of linens and the washer and dryer are nice to have. We enjoyed our conversations with the friendly neighbor.

Outstanding place to stay. Right outside of the State park, halfway between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking and only yards away and easy access to the walk/bike trail.

The condo was very nice- perfect location next to the State Park and yet very quiet. Only issue was slow WiFi, but in all that was a minor issue.

The condo was very nice and clean with all of the things that we needed. The location was great….close to things we were there to do but not right on a busy road. Very quiet location. Loved that the bedrooms were upstairs and each of them had their own private bathroom ]and there was a half bathroom downstairs.

Nice stay in a wonderful area

This is a fairly priced property located right next to the State Park and equidistant to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

We are empty nesters who love to travel, hike, golf and enjoy our 9 grandchildren. We are retired from an education/coaching career and a 39 year real estate career. We have been coming to this area of Michigan for many years. We currently live in the Kansas City area but spend as much time as possible among our condo's in Michigan, Branson, MO and Ruidoso, NM all of which we rent out when ever we are our family is not using them. We purchased this second condo in this complex, with the idea in mind that we will spend more time up there upon retirement. We have been renting our vacation condo's since 2006 when the one in Branson, Mo. as our first.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We had a favorite Aunt who had lived in Petoskey since the 1950's and have enjoyed the area since childhood. We still have some family in the area. In looking for a place to buy, as a real estate agent, I know to look for location, location, location. This complex fit our needs and desires perfectly. We loved it's treed location next to the state park & beach and being a short but equal distance from downtown Petoskey and downtown Harbor Springs. We never tire of the area's activities and attractions. We enjoy the scenic drives, inland lakes, beaches, Petoskey stone hunting, Mackinaw City & Island, and the natural beauty of the upper peninsula.

We really like a small condo complex that tends to be more quiet and peaceful and loved that these units have private baths off each bedroom. We really enjoy the porch as well as the deck.
