We are sorry to hear you have trouble communicating with us. Unlike many who list on VRBO, we are a rental agency who rents the property on behalf of the owner. Therefore, we don't use the VRBO app and contact all our guests via phone call and email. That said, we will talk to our staff about being more polite over the phone. For your final balance, you have the option of mailing a check or paying via credit card (with a 2.3% fee). As long as it's at least five weeks before your check-in day, you can also pay with a check over the phone. We have each guest come to our office so we can check them in and ensure that they don't enter the property before it is ready. Most of our properties still use physical keys. We are not permitted to give out keys or parking passes until the property is ready. You can always report issues like a dirty carpet to our office so we can address them. We'd love to have you back!
