You will appreciate the convenience of a nearby bike path for your bike riding adventures throughout the Plantation. Just a short walk through a sandy beach path through the natural landscape to the community beach boardwalk. Private and peaceful, Solana offers an intimate and relaxing relief from all of your mainland worries.
BEDS: 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 singles, 1 queen sleeper sofa
AMENITIES: Multiple Multiple TVs, DVD player/stereo, hardwood flooring, new tile flooring in all 1st floor bedrooms and stairways, jetted tub in bath on 2nd floor master suite, high chair & pack-n-play available, washer/dryer, dumb-waiter, covered outdoor decks, outdoor deck furniture, enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower, park style grill, fish cleaning table w/sink, under house concrete parking, covered entry. Private Pool.
Private Screened Swimming Pool (Pool Heated for $420 Per Week) Guest privileges include the use of the Plantation Clubhouse pool, tennis courts and fitness center.

PET FRIENDLY (2 Dogs only, under 35 lbs. each) A $75 Non-refundable pet fee is required per dog. 2 dog kennels available and required for indoor boarding.

Thank you for your feedback, Fred. This particular home is located within the St. George Plantation, the association rules are listed on the Plantation Rental Agreement that all guest are required to sign prior to arrival. I hope in spite of this you and your family had a wonderful vacation and we do look forward to seeing your footprints in the sand again soon...

Beach week
Overall a very nice house. Kitchen is showing some age. Odd that the pool is on the north side of the house (limits direct sun time) and that it’s so close to the bike path (no privacy). Had an issue with the pool heater and the management took care of it quickly. St. George Island is a great place.
