This Beautiful 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom 3rd floor (top floor, no elevator ) beach front condo is located in the popular Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach. This centrally located condo is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, shopping, fine dining and entertainment. This place has everything you need to make fun memories that will last a lifetime!
Beautifully furnished and Freshly Painted and decorated with charming beach accents throughout. Spacious living room with a private balcony that has views of the pool and ocean. The living area is equipped with TV/cable, sofa & chair. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances; fridge, stove dishwasher and microwave, granite counter tops and a cozy breakfast bar. Conveniently located condo washer and dryer so there is no need to go to a laundry mat! The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, dresser and closet with a 3-piece en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, TV, dresser and closet.
This condo has parking, WiFi, cable and is equipped with air conditioning.
This beach escape has everything you need to enjoy some quality time with family and friends!

Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the balcony inside the condo smelt musky, and did not really get to use the pool in the evenings because there was no outside light so as soon as the sun went down, it was pitch dark and unsafe to swim. For what we paid it was upsetting.

This was our first time to the area. The location and accommodations were perfect. It was a great family vacation rental that came equipped with everything you need. A place we would definitely like to return to again one day.

Amazing vacation spot!!

The condo was everything it said it was. My family and I enjoyed staying here last week. The condo is beachfront and still conveniently located to restaurants and activities.

Perfect for families!

Very clean and the check in process was very smooth. I loved the storage space downstairs, it made it very easy to grab equipment on the way to the beach!

Maryanne was a great host. Check in was easy, always available and quick to answer questions. The property was as listed and very clean upon arrival. Property had plenty of room for our family and a great view of the pool and beach. Close to all stores, dining, putt-putt as well. Great location.

Great place to stay!!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we love it. You will get your steps in going up and down the stairs but it’s worth it. It’s nice to have a home while on vacation! We had a great time!

Perfect for a family getaway

Maryanne's place is perfect for a family of 4. Great location being on the beach. Clean and cozy. Kids loved it. The locker downstairs for beach essentials was a great help.

North Myrtle beach

My Husband & I had a wonderful time on vacation. We loved the Condo. It was clean, cozy, with a great view and nice atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Condo great location

The unit was very clean and great location supper close to beach and restaurants. The pool was great actually went to 8 ft deep which was nice. Owner is very helpful and responsive when needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location on the beach

Lovely 2 bedroom condo on the beach! Clean. Maryanne very responsive. Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Great bagel place right across the street!

Everything is better by the beach

Ocean view always makes the best stays! Being just steps away from saltwater and sand. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to get ahold of.

Great condo close to the beach

Our family enjoyed the condo. It was clean and we loved the short walk to the beach. That was very convenient with small children. We also enjoyed the pool and the view of the ocean from the balcony. The storage locker was really helpful and prevented us from having to take all the beach gear up and down the stairs.

Great condo

The condo is very nicely decorated and was cleaned very well when we arrived. Maryanne communicates very well and responds quickly. The beach locker under the complex is very helpful to store all of the beach stuff and not drag it up to the condo. There is no elevator and there are three air conditioning units that cool the condo. The neighbor hood is very quiet and family friendly. The walk to the beach is very short and easy from the condo building.
