Was fully renovated in March 2022!
New flooring, Quartz countertops in kitchen, bathroom and vanity, new blinds, new furniture, new bedding- everything is new!
Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Laundry facilities available on the 2nd floor at no cost. And it's just steps to the beach!is fabulous.

Fantastic vacation home! Location on the beach was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony each night watching the waves. Would highly recommend this rental! Thanks so much for an amazing place to stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was so clean and was fully equipped with everything you possibly need. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Great view from balcony to watch the sunrise. The beach area had very few people which was so nice since there are no huge hotels and resorts around. Pool area was very clean and refreshing. Parking was so easy as there were plenty of spaces for everyone staying here. We will definitely book here for our next trip!

It's was a breath of fresh air from start to finish. Only issue was the paint chipping away on the chair on balcony. It was getting everywhere. But the view the area was perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay!. The condo was spotless. The bed was sooo comfortable. Loved being on the top floor with perfect views of the beach. The beach was never crowded the entire time we were there. If we come back again we will definitely stay here. Thank you for a most enjoyable get away.

Wonderful location Clean and quiet Loved the large countertop bar!Good water pressure in shower AC seemed cooler in bedroom than main area. King mattress is softer than mine. I don't count this as a negative because of personal preference. Deck chair set was comfortable and had the handy table top to connect the chairs. Host was responsive to make check-in and out easy. Internet was great. No issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again, Sean!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second time staying here and it once again was absolutely wonderful. This is truly our favorite spot. Amazing location, great views, and very clean and comfortable space.

Perfect beach getaway with a breathtaking ocean view!

We had such a wonderful stay, it was hard to leave. Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The property is very well maintained and the sunrise view from the deck was breathtaking.

Another great stay! Weather was better than expected. This condo is the best on the beach as far as im concerned. Clean, well thought out. And the view! I wish i could stay more often.
