This impressive Oceanfront condo is in the high end 'Windy Hill' area of North Myrtle Beach. You'll live the good life whether you are here for a week or weekend. What better way to enjoy your special Myrtle Beach vacation than from the privacy and comfort of our deluxe condo. With amazing views of the ocean from the front or side views, you will enjoy the incredible sunrise and sunsets. An impressive fitness center, partly covered large pool, lounge chairs, a kiddie pool. hot Tub, and a lazy river all add to your luxury experience.

The parking garage is covered and features a glass enclosed pedestrian bridge to the building...no walking through the rain or worrying about the children in traffic. Also, there is a unload area with an abundance of Luggage and Shopping Carts to make your move-in easy. The three elevators help you start your vacation in a timely manner and enjoy the white sandy beaches at your door step.


The Master bedroom has a King size bed with beautiful views of the ocean and access to the deck. Relax and enjoy the sound of the waves while taking a bath in the Jacuzzi tub. The extra large shower and the double sinks combine to make your experience one of total relaxation. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two double beds. Add a queen sleep sofa and you can sleep twelve people comfortably. There are two more bathrooms. The deck is also accessed from the Living Room.

There are cable TV's in all bedrooms, DVD player in both family room and master bedroom. A full size washer and dryer are there for your convenience. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could want. Bring your laptop for the wireless internet. Enjoy the book you find there and if you didn't have time to finish then feel free to take it with you.

Because this is an end unit you can see the ocean from the upscale kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom.

Myrtle Beach is a virtual paradise for anyone who appreciates beautiful scenery coupled with an almost endless selection of things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay. The layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas worked well for our family of 11. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked pretty good. The only negative thing really was the general cleanliness. We found pet hair around the condo and many areas needed dusting or mopping and the bathroom throw rugs were not clean. The oceanfront view from the balcony and the convenience of walking straight onto the beach from the pool area was so nice, as well as being able to park our vehicles in the parking garage right across the street. We liked being close to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach too. Our host was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns.

There were not enough towels for 11 of us & the ones that were there were stained. After being in the car for over 10 hours we had to go out and buy over 100 worth of towels so we could shower. The host did call his cleaning service but they never brought towels to us until Sunday evening. There were no kitchen towels either. The one queen bed was not made but the sheets were left on it so I made that bed myself. The coffee pot on the drip side was broken but no big deal there we used the keurig side. This was advertised as newly renovated but I wonder how long ago it was renovated. As a family we had a good time& always vacation in Myrtle Beach,

Bernadette, I understand the cleaning services were underperforming. I fired them and hired a new team. I am sorry you had to be part of that. After 30 years being in business, these things unfortunately do happen. I wish you had written about my responding back to you in a timely manner. The cleaners lied to me and told me they deliverd your new towels on Saturday. I came down after your visit. The coffee machine was not broken; you simply didn't slide it back in correctly. The remodeling was done at the end of 2024.

This is an old property that was updated. The bathroom especially walk in shower was old and needs updating. We arrived to a property that was not cleaned. After speaking with host, a new set of cleaners arrived around six and did a good job. This was a big inconvenience to us. I had to buy a blow dryer and the pots and pans were very minimal. The pool on this property is very small and covered which means it’s shady most of the day. The view is beautiful and makes up for some of these problems. The host did allow us a late check out which helped with our lost check in day. The appliances are all high end in the kitchen however the manual for the stove was not found so it was hard navigating the features. My family had a great time which is most important.

Hi Diane, thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the cleaners. Yes, we fired them and hired a new team. I am happy we were able to make up by allowing your stay to check out 3 hours later. We do not leave hair dryers, as they do tend to walk. Also, vacationers find them unsanitary since they collect other people's hair. I will look into the pots and pans. Not one vacationer has complained about it yet! We are also happy your family had a great time; yes, that is most important.

Great place to spend time with the family

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Windy Hill Dunes. This was our second time renting this condo and it was a blast. The recent renovation looks great too! We will definitely be back.

Comfy cozy great vacation

Great ocean views daily / sunrises since its a corner unit and love the view of Cherry Grove as well. Everything we needed was there and we were all super comfortable. This place is a win with easy parking access and beach access. Love the hot tub !

Family getaway

I really enjoyed this condo. The location is fantastic. We prefer less of a touristy area and this delivered. Minutes away from grocery stores and shopping.The view is amazing; I really liked the very short walk to the beach and the convenience of being able to rinse off before heading back to the condo. The condo had all the items needed for cooking and heading to the beach. The closet area that held the beach items was disorganized and we had to really dig through the items to finds chairs that weren't broke. After we found what we needed we placed the items right outside of the closet door for easy access. It would be helpful if someone went through the closet and organized it and threw out items that aren't in working condition.There was an issue with one of the toilets and not being able to find parking passes but after contacting the host both of these issues were fixed.The only reason I'm giving this less than 5 starts is because check in was at 3:00 pm and we arrived at 4:20 and they were still cleaning the condo. We waited outside for about 10 minutes until they were done.

Hi Honie, Thank you for your response. If you read some other reviews, you'll see that I have been experiencing issues with the cleaners. I ended up firing them, and I apologize for the trouble you experienced. I visit every year right before summer to check the closet, add new items, and clean it out. Unfortunately, I don't return until mid-August. During the summer, vacationers often do not report these issues, so I am unaware of them until I visit again. Some years are great with no issues, and sometimes it's a disaster; I agree.

Amazing place

This condo was an amazing place to stay. We have an amazing view. We had everything we needed to start with. The owners made things easy, and was fast responding with any issues. I would definitely stay here again.

We LOVE going here. Balcony/view is stellar with new outdoor furniture. Condo has been nicely updated and has everything we need. Owner is very responsive. We will always choose this place when going to Myrtle Beach.

Nicely Renovated

Condo has been nicely renovated. Very spacious. Location is a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Pool area was nice & enjoyable. Beach view was stunning. Owner was friendly & easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for large family vacations

best beach vacation

The condo is AMAZING! recently redone, with that said there was a short list of touch ups and adjustments that need to be made BUT they were aware of the MINOR issues and conveyed that to me prior to arrival. Condo is spatious and still family friendly, view is amazing. Updated appliances in kitchen, comfortable beds, up to date bathrooms. great family stay!

My wife and I decided to buy a vacation condo in North Myrtle Beach. I grew up already vacating here and wow! how it has grown. There is plenty to do for all ages yet we are off the main drag that keeps the environment quiet. When looking for a condos we were actually looking for a 3 bedroom 3 bath.We only had 2 kids so it made since. Unfortunately these condos with 3 bedrooms in this building were inner units and it felt like a cave. Then, looked at this unit, I knew this was the one. Yes, it's a 4 bedroom, corner unit, but once you pass the foyer down into the kitchen, as it opens up, with the side windows blasting sun through, opening up the condo and filling like I was no longer in a cave, I knew we had found our home. Since that time, we had two more kids. I guess it was just destiny.
