If you are looking to vacation in OCMD, and want to have fantastic bayside views, a comfortable walk to the beach, be steps away from Jolly Roger and several excellent restaurants, AND bring your family pet, then this is the condo for YOU!

Our condo sleeps 8 comfortably, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wet bar, kitchen, dining area, living room, AC, TVs in every room, washer/dryer, a spacious deck with magnificent, unobstructed, expansive views of the bay, and a boat slip. We are located between 26th-28th streets.

We are pet-friendly and offer off street parking for two vehicles.

Please note: we do not offer rental opportunities for students interested in “Senior Week”. We are on the 3rd floor and have an enclosed stairwell.

Beautiful condo in the middle of everything! We really enjoyed the balcony. A few minor issues came up after check in. Nancy was super fast and responsive!

The perfect place for us!

The unit was just as described, and the location was great. Close enough to walk to the beach and being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the happenings on the bay was so relaxing! The three bedrooms gave us plenty of room and being able to take our dogs was a great bonus. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The renter reported that the dryer had a small leak and was making a noise early during their stay. We immediately got in touch with a service technician to correct the problem. No other problems were brought to our attention. We pride ourselves in our prompt and efficient communication with our renters to correct any problems or issues they may have. However, we can't fix problems if they aren't brought to our attention. Also, our cleaning service noted no functional issues/problems with things not working within the unit after the renter checked out.

Markward 2023 vacation

The place was very clean, views were outstanding , the place was just as advertised and Nancy was a great hostess. Place had everything we needed and quite location. Our family and dog had a great vacation. Thanks Nancy can’t wait till next year.

Beautiful and Convenient Location

A comfortable multi-bedroom rental right on the bay. There was a constant warm breeze during our stay, and we loved spending time watching the boats from the generously sized balcony. We enjoyed all that OC has to offer - from parasailing, the beach and boardwalk, fresh crab at Hoopers, to cocktails and live music at Coconuts. Nancy was one of the best hosts we’ve had and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed prior to, during, and after our trip. She even gave us some pointers on where best to catch the fireworks on the beach. An overall excellent experience at this property!

Oceans Calling… you here

This place is like no other that I’ve stayed in ocean city. Cleaner than any other place I’ve stayed, the view… I have no words. Nancy reached out to me, and responded immediately any time I’ve reached out to her. I 100% plan on staying here again. Looking forward to it!

Simply Perfect!

I can't say enough about how nice the property and location are. It is so very peaceful, and yet an easy walk to the action of Ocean City (e.g., boardwalk, restaurants). Nancy was easy to reach, and responded quickly to questions. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for us and our dogs. The view was phenomenal - morning, sunset, and late night. The deck furniture was, to us, a welcome surprise as it wasn't as pictured, but was taller, affording a better look at that million dollar view!

Great location short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved the view of the bay at one point we got to watch them remove pillars which the kids thought was neat. Loved sitting out on the balcony and so did our dog. The only downside for us was there was no elevator ( I don't remember seeing it in the listing if there was or wasn't one) it wasn't a huge deal but our dog is 16 and can't do stairs well so we had to carry him again no big deal just beware there is no elevator. If we come back to OC we most likely would book here again.

Great experience using Vrbo

First time using Vrbo. Great experience. Home owners were great to work with. They made the experience a good one. Home was in a great area and views of the bay were relaxing and beautiful. Was nice that they allowed our 4 legged family member to join us.

Nice, quiet and pet friendly

Good location. Usually parking is a concern in Ocean City. This unit allows for two vehicles per unit and there is additional off street parking. Friendly and quiet neighbors in the other units in the building. Steps are a little wonky in certain parts to get to the unit. Great and spacious layout in the unit. Excellent view of the bay and busy channel. Great weather week for us so couldn’t ask for much more. Thanks for allowing furry family because that was the main reason for us selecting this unit.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful view and walking distance to shops and the beach. Nancy was great always answered all my questions and was very helpful
