Seaside Haven is a beachfront villa with amazing views of the ocean. The beach is only steps away. It’s a 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa. It is a very short walk to the Pioneer Place Villas private swimming pool and the DeBordieu Beach Club.
DeBordieu Colony is a private oceanfront gated community located near Pawley’s Island, South Carolina. If requested, we offer amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to our guests by arranging a Debordieu CC charge account. Natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year round climate.

Perfect Location!

Truly just steps from the beach, fabulous view of the beach, just a few steps up to the house rather than an entire flight, and beautifully decorated!

LOVELY

Recently renovated a few years ago, this townhouse villa is lovely, comfortable, right on beach. Doug, owner, is quickly responsive and easy to work with. FYI for older guests, villa is 2 stories with steps, 2 bedrooms on first and 2 bedrooms on second floors. Kitchen very well designed, each bedroom has renovated private bathroom. Decor beautifully done. Very clean. Everything lovely.

Great family week!

Enjoyed our stay! Great access to the beach and well-appointed condo. Beach had lovely clear water, plenty of sand, was not overly crowded. Debordieu is a beautiful development, both for natural beauty and for gorgeous homes. Doug's condo was probably the plum of the Pioneer Villa condo units--best ocean access.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect Location, updated decor, comfortable beds, plenty of room (with extra space) for 4 adults and 2 kids and well stocked kitchen. We have visited this area man of times and this is by far out favorite vacation spot. It was easy to reserve, easy to check in and out, we had no issues while we were there, it was great! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful beach villa Mr. Smith!

Great Stay!

We stayed over July 4th week and had a phenomenal week! I have never stayed this close to the beach even though I have stayed in many oceanfront properties over the years. The villa is beautifully decorated and it was wonderful to have a bathroom in each room. Doug was very responsive and answered any questions I had right away. I would definitely book this property again.

Fantastic property - convenient to beach and pool!

We had a wonderful week at Seaside Haven. The unit is recently updated and nicely done! Our family had a wonderful time, and we look forward to another trip to Seaside Haven! The proximity to the beach and pool makes it very convenient with young children, and the ocean views are spectacular, especially from the upstairs sunroom!

Lovely home, great location!

I booked this home for a family vacation over the Labor Day weekend. The home has everything you need and you can't get closer to the beach. Our only complaint is that the wifi is a little weak. Other than that, we loved out stay and would highly recommend!

Third year in Pioneer Villas, SEA Unit, FAMILY of 8 + infant for vacation!

Beautiful location, convenient to pool & beach. Accommodations great with all bedrooms having private baths. Views from living room, master bedroom, screened porch and patio fantastic; great backdrop for a family or group photo!

wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean and beautifully decorated villa. The views are amazing and it was so nice to see the pretty shoreline from both floors. The furniture and decor is exactly what we would have wanted in our own beach home. All of the rooms are clean and offer extra household supplies. My family had plenty of space. The kitchen is updated, the flow is efficient and offers all the usual kitchen equipment we needed. We really enjoyed the convenience of taking a few shorts steps to the beach boardwalk. Also the owner made it very easy to rent the villa by returning our emails quickly. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Stayed at the Seaside Haven during Thanksgiving. Wonderful.

This remodeled condo is wonderful. Updated and very clean and easy. Just a few steps from the beach. The pool is also very large and nice. Grounds are well kept. I do not ever want to stay in another condo but this one!
