Outdoor features include two sun decks and two screened porches located on each side of the home furnished with rockers, a hammock and dining set, creek dock with covered cabana, enclosed hot/cold shower, as well as ample covered parking.

Indoors, the private floor plan provides two bedrooms on each side of the central common areas - two en suite bedrooms on the north side, and two bedrooms on the south side with a shared bathroom.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays only in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 adult dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
