This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, all tile, roomy condo sleeps 8 comfortably! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 full beds in the third bedroom. The master and second bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The third hall bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home and more! For all you coffee lovers this unit offers a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining areas or from the wrap around balcony, with access from the living areas as well as the master and third guest bedrooms. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, watching the sunrise! Enjoy a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf , or cool off in one of SeaSpray's 2 refreshing beach side pools. Relax in the hot tub, or work out in the well equipped beach front fitness center. Also, just a short walk to the Riverside gives you access to a third pool, the marina with a boat slip, Riverside BBQ area for grilling our fresh catch, and newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts! This is truly the perfect spot for your family vacation! Come and make unforgettable memories...

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
