We had the best fall break trip here! The beach access and views can’t be beat, and the condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and made checkin easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean. It had all the necessities(pots, pans, towels,cleaning supplies, washer & dryer, beach stuff). It had 2 balconies to view the beach from,which happened to be in the back yard! Dolphins to view as you drank your morning coffee. It was wonderful.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and in our opinion it's simply the best rental in the area: comfortable size for a family of 5, perfect, unobstructed view of the Gulf of America, and one of the lowest traffic sections of the beach. Courtney is a great host and communicator--couldn't be happier with our stay!

Spectacular ocean views! Absolutely breathtaking! Private beach access and quiet. Condo is well appointed! Master bed is comfortable. I had read a review where someone noted issue with flatter pillows.....well, husband and I welcome flatter pillows - better for side sleepers. There are additional pillows in the closet. Beautiful kitchen! Comfortable sofa. Note, if you do not mind stairs, this is the place for you! Owner Courtney is probably the most responsive VRBO owner I have ever encountered - which is a great thing! Check-in and check-out - super easy. Air conditioner worked perfectly! Lots of things to do locally. GREAT local restaurants including some in Orange Beach, Alabama which is super close by. Be sure to bring/buy beach towels as they are not provided. Be sure to buy extra toilet paper, tissue and paper towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would not hesitate to stay here again. Remember - location, location, location!

We arrived and found the condo just as presented on the photos. The condo was clean and inviting. The view from the balcony was great.

Love this home! This is our second time visiting! The accommodations are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are breathtaking! We saw dolphins while sitting on the deck multiple mornings. The beach access is so convenient.

Peaceful retreat!

The accommodations were simply perfect! Plenty of towels, linens, sleeping options to fit our family! Close to the ocean was a must and being near the nature preserve proved to be just the quiet escape we were looking for on this trip.

Great views and location. We traveled here for a local wedding. The easy access to the beach was perfect and by far the closest we have ever stayed to the beach. This condo would be PERFECT for little ones too. We have a 1 year old and kept saying how this would have been great to bring him considering how close to the beach we were and how chill it was on the beach never to the state park. Bed: very comfortable Space: very open Kitchen: lots of spices, and kitchen-wear Location: one restaurant across the street so something is walkable.

Just what we were looking for

We loved this location and home. Away from all the busyness and crowds and literally footsteps to the beach. Beautifully redone decorated home and owners were very nice to deal with.

Great location

The property is in a wonderful location. Unit is very clean and just as described in the listing. Truly a beautiful place. The owner Courtney was easy to get in touch with and super nice! Our family enjoyed staying there for our vacation and plan to book again in the future.

This is the place!

No surprises here, maybe better than the pictures! Everything was super clean. The view from the balcony's was incredible. You can't beat the location, even on weekends the beach was never crowded. Just a good feeling place to stay on vacation. Hope to stay here again!

The title says it all. This is our third visit and we will likely be back, hopefully next summer. Lovely property and perfect, quiet location.

Rent it

We loved our stay! It was myself, husband, 16yr and 13yr old. The condo was awesome. It was well stocked with everything you will need, very clean, spacious and right on a PRIVATE beach. The only negative thing I have to say is the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat. I would still definitely rent this condo again

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

I am always looking for a place that feels like a home away from home for my family of 5. The home is cozy and the layout is perfect. It felt safe. It is closer to the beach than I thought. We could sit on the balcony and the kids would run to the beach to play football. We could talk to them from the balcony. The beach was not over crowded at all even being next to a public access. We were all so impressed and would book this property again.

Picture Perfect

Condo wasn’t as pictured… it was better. Communication and check in process with the host was spot on. The condo itself has all the amenities you would need to feel at home - kitchen has all cookware etc needed to make meals, furniture was all very comfortable and the tv has an apple tv so you can stream anything. Wifi worked well too. The location was exactly what we were looking for - close to restaurants and grocery but most importantly, it’s next to a state park so you have plenty of beach without inhabitants - beach felt nice and private. Overall, highly recommend this stay!

Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked, nice bath towels, kitchen had a blender, air fryer, etc., plenty of plates and utensils. Great view! Some non stick pans are getting a bit worn but there were others to use. Clear check out requests. I was concerned the living room would be small based on the pictures. But, with 5 people (16yo and up) it was fine. The couch is big and all 5 of us fit comfortably. The beach was not crowded. We try to avoid being near high rises because thats a lot of people. To one side were 2 houses with no one and 2 under construction. There is a high rise but we could only guess it was not any rentals because no one was on the beach. To the other side is another condo, still smallish, and a public beach access that isn't too big. So, for us that was great. One thing, listing indicates bike and kayak rentals from them, but they no longer do that. We rented a kayak and paddleboard from Ikes. Then this happened that was not the owners fault at all, but just a heads up: the morning of our pick up, Ikes called and asked if we were out in the kayak. We were on our way home. Not sure why someone thought that was OK or if they were expecting a kayak rental delivery and thought it was theirs, but next time I'll label it somehow. It was under the condo right by our parking space. Fortunately, the guy was fine to go out and get the kayak from the person using it.

Beautiful

This condo was clean, decorated beautifully, organized and well stocked... I cooked every meal and this kitchen had almost everything I needed ! Also the spices that were allowed to be left were such a convenience! Felt like home .... ! Master bed was a little hard and deck was not covered but with all the sliding glass doors you felt like you were outside ! Courtney was quick to respond to questions and check out was a breeze ! Thanks Courtney!! We will be back

Our favorite yet!

Been coming to the panhandle with our kids for 15+ years. This is the first place we stayed that we all agreed was a perfect amount of space with all the amenities we needed and a great location for our needs. My kids don’t love pools, so that wasn’t an issue. We also enjoy buying seafood at local markets and cooking many days on our own, so that was perfect too. We have three kids, 15,13,10 and felt like the addition of a half bathroom downstairs was icing on the cake. I could go on and on about the little things we loved and worked well for us including the washer and dryer, bunk beds, two full bathrooms, all the seating throughout the condo, etc. will def be renting again!
