Cozy unit, had everything we needed. So close to the pool and beach. Convenient location to great dining options in both Perdido Key and Orange Beach.

Amazing! We throughly enjoyed our stay! The location was a dream! We loved being on the bottom floor and being able to walk back and forth from the beach to the condo with ease. It’s literally just steps away from the private beach access and pool! The condo was exactly as described; it was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Check-in and check-out were a breeze! Greg was amazing and answered all questions quickly and was just a phone call/text away if needed. We will definitely be back! :)

Very clean. Enjoyed being on ground level. Really liked the walk in shower! It’s huge!Had a great week relaxing on the beach and sitting on the ground level patio!

It was a perfect location! The view and beach access from the property was phenomenal! My family and I had a wonderful time, and Greg was a super helpful host! The condo is comfortable and accommodating. We had a relaxing vacation, and would highly recommend this beach getaway!

Perfect 1st-floor condo for a family beach trip! Beach and pool are just steps from the patio—so convenient with kids. Spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Greg was great to rent from and made sure we had everything for a stress-free stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great trip!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great location with easy access to the beach and pool. The kids especially loved the beach entry style pool. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We had a great vacation here!

Everything was top notch at this condo. It was beautiful, modern, and clean. Most of all it was steps away from the beach. And the swimming pools with hot tub were right outside the door as well. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends. It has floor to ceiling windows all across the living room wall so that you can see the views the entire time you stay there. Greg was a great guy to speak with about any questions I had. I can't say enough great things about this condo. I will be back!!

Perfect location and short walk to the beach

We loved the first floor and how easy the pool and beach were for us. We loved not having to wait on an elevator. Highly recommend this place and the convenience of the condo is wonderful

Great location - great condo

One of the nicest condos we have stayed at, and we have been going to Perdido Key since 1989. Very clean and loved the layout having the living room and dining rom at the gulf side. The cherry on top was that it opens out onto a nice lawn and has direct access to the beach. A great place to stay and we will be back again!

We love the extra space that the yard provides. The views are awesome! We also still have our privacy! Looking forward to having y'all back!

Great condo

My husband and I stayed here for a week. Great property- exactly as described. Super easy access to the beach. We loved sitting on the patio and looking out at the ocean in the mornings and evenings.

Great Christmas getaway

We had such a relaxing trip. Beautiful view of the ocean from the huge windows! The condo was comfortable and spotless. Greg was easily available when we had a question. We will definitely stay again.

Best vacation location!

Girls trip with my mom, sister and daughter--This place was perfect! Could not of asked for any better location. Condo met all our expectations and the proximity to the beach and parking lot is unbeatable. No complaints from these girls.
