Great place to stay

My son and I were in the Phoenix area for a baseball tournament. This property was perfect for the 2 of us to stay for 4 days. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. It is in a great area and the owners were very nice and very willing to help with any thing we needed. I would stay again if I visit the area.

Good place to stay for Spring training

Over good place, furnishings a little funky and the futon which doubles as the second bed could have been more comfortable. Couple of small problem in the unit but owner immediately had someone there to remedy. Would stay there again, nice neighborhood and easy access to downtown Scottsdale.

Perfect for us!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is small but was perfect for my husband and I. The condo was located in a very nice area. We would stay here again!!

Great location, has everything you need and then some.

We learned that these bungalows used to be the Jockey's quarters and the horse racetrack was very close by. Great history. Amir & Pirouz were very friendly, helpful and kind. We felt welcome and right at home for the two days were here. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale, great shopping, parks and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Just what we were looking for!

We were looking for affordable, well located, and clean accommodations for a 2 week stay in March 2017. We found it and are already planning on returning next year for a longer stay. Our unit was small (about 400 sq. ft.), but had absolutely everything we needed! It was quiet and has a court yard where we sat and read most days. Parking was convenient and covered! The owners were very available for our questions (few) and to make sure we had everything we needed. It's a nice neighborhood. I walked it almost daily. Old Town Scottsdale is a long walk. The Botanic Gardens, Tempe Lake and ASU are short drives. Several ballparks are convenient. We couldn't have been happier.

Great Property

My husband and I stayed with Amir for five nights in March 2017 and couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. The property is exactly as advertised, very clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this property and if ever I'm back in Phoenix, I will try to book again. Thank you, Amir, for your gracious hospitality.

Perfect getaway for 2

We truly enjoyed our time in this little unit. It is small and quaint (about 400sf) but perfect for 2 people. A small child could sleep on the couch if necessary. The parking spot directly next to the unit was nice. The neighborhood is appealing and has beautiful views of desert plants and mountains. We really liked the location and convenience to shopping, restaurants and old town. My wife kept saying she didn't want to leave. If we ever go back without kids, we will be looking up Amir to see if this unit is available.

Just as pictured

The property is in a great area and is well kept. The apartment is exactly as pictured. We stayed for a week and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

We recently were in town over the weekend for a Wedding. The apartment was exactly as described, with a very convenient location in a beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Kitchenette

Enjoyed our stay , near downtown Scottsdale; appreciated on site parking. Interesting history behind the apt. ( former jockeys' quarters for a nearby race track now a golf course. On site management ( Dustin) was very helpful . Would recommend for a Scottsdale visit

Perfect for spring training!

We spent 3 nights here last week and it was exactly what we wanted. Nice neighborhood, close to everything and perfect for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property!

The description of the property was accurate and it was perfect for my husband and me. We could walk to the nearby grocery store and the onsite person was very helpful. This was our first vrbo experience and we would use the site again and we would return to this rental. Sandy T

Perfect

Great place for our three day getaway. The neighbors are all very friendly and the complex has a few different outdoor areas, two of which has grass areas. This was important since we had pets that needed an outdoor area. One of us slept on the futon in the living room and it was quite comfortable. Very conveniently located and the unit had everything you could want. The price was excellent for what you got. Will definitely use this place again in the future.

Great location, wonderful host!

I'm late in this review, but my stay in November was better than I could've imagined. The space I rented was the perfect size for myself and my dog, and the adjacent courtyard was so nice to give my dog room to romp (with the cutest little neighbor dog - they became fast pals!) There was a cold spell when I was there and the heat wasn't able to keep up at night. After attempting to repair the problem, I was moved to a larger unit in the same complex with a private backyard - at no additional charge! I offered to pay the difference, but he wouldn't hear of it. What a wonderful host! I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again on my trips back to the Valley. Thanks so much!

Decent apartment in nice quite neighborhood

The two of us needed a small place in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for two weeks and this apartment was perfect. This one bedroom apartment is small, but fits two comfortably. The neighborhood is very nice, and a pleasure to stroll through. It was also quiet, which was a plus for us. There was a table and chairs outside the unit where we could sit and enjoy the sun. The neighborhood is bounded by main streets that run through Scottsdale and Phoenix, so getting to stores and restaurants was easy. There is a major grocery a few blocks away. It is an older place. Its concrete block (which means it stayed cool inside.) But nothing about the age or some interesting construction quirks has any impact on the livability of the space. In fact, we kind of like slightly quirky independent places. And for the price, compared to hotels and especially peak season in Phoenix, it was more than adequate for us. I'd rent it again if we ever needed to be in Phoenix/Scottsdale for an extended time.

Not fancy but clean and comfortable

The unit is decent. Nothing fancy whatsoever. The building is quite old and outdated. I expected something much newer based on the photo, but it's clean and comfortable overall. There was no coffee maker when I arrived other than a french press. Not a fan so I bought a coffee maker for the unit. Hopefully it's still there for the next guest to use. The wifi worked fine. The neighborhood is safe and there was always street parking available. There is a washer and dryer on site which I used once. I would have used it again to wash my bedsheets, however, the washing machine was chock full of coins and wouldn't operate. I ended up losing a bunch of change at 6:00am on Sunday morning trying to get it to work. Word to the wise - do your laundry BEFORE the weekend so it doesn't happen to you.
