We are a privately owned condominium within a prime-location Beachfront Resort in Indian Shores FL -Our unit is an Oceanview first floor unit with Heated Pool and Large Sun Deck, Hot Tub, Gas Grills and Heated Pool.

Our unit opens directly onto the sundeck for beautiful ocean views and the sunsets views of the Gulf of Mexico cannot be beat. Our unit Sleeps 6 and is a newly painted unit which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, living room, dining area, well-appointed eat -in kitchen, and private patio.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, high end mattress and pillows. It boasts a private dressing area and full 4-piece master bath -NEWLY RENOVATED! Second bedroom has two full size beds and full-size guest bath. A Pack n' Play is on site. Amenities include 3-flat screen smart TV's, DVD player and child movies, complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/heat, full size washer/dryer, beach towels and numerous beach/pool toys, hair dryers and most of all we are only STEPS to pool and beach.

The hurricanes have come and gone, and the cleanup is active in the area, but our complex is ready for guests and our unit was not damaged in the storms! The beach awaits you and your family!

If you want to leave our paradise of Indian Shores~ we are only a few minutes' drive to Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beaches!! 20 minutes to Bush Gardens and 2 hours from Disney Attractions.

We offer 24-hour service to ensure your stay with us exceeds your expectations and we use approved Covid -19 products. Our unit is cleaned after each guest to CDC and EPA guidelines as per industry standards.

Great location and very clean

Family Vacation

Unit was one of the nicest we’ve ever rented from this complex. Every possible item you will need was provided. Owner has thought of everything! Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and even a nice cooler! Lots of local restaurants nearby, baseball at the Trop, and breathtaking sunsets every night!

Wonderful stay 10/21-10/28/23

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo from 10/21-10/28/23. Stella, the concierge, did a great job communicating with us prior and during our stay. Kelly, who is responsible for cleaning did an amazing job and it was one of cleanest condos I have rented in over my 10 years traveling to Florida. The furnishings, especially recliner sofas and decor are done with great taste and represent a welcoming, comfortable, beachy feel. Everything is top notch with plush towels in the master bath with comfortable linens and comforter. Hair dryers and tissues, a nice touch. We didn't use any pots or pans but they appeared well stocked. The new washer and dryer was exceptional along with anything else you would need in the kitchen. Beach chairs and a moderately sturdy Nautica umbrella are provided for your use. We used them for 3 days, but the wind picked up, so we rented a cabana from Clayton on the beach. Beach towels are also provided. The unit patio is located right on the pool veranda level which makes it nice for setting out chairs, umbrella, beach bag, etc. Beautiful sunsets were seen daily from the condo patio. Be sure to try Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Seabreeze, Caddy's, and VIP Mexican restaurants. Publix grocery store is only about a 5-minute drive. October weather was perfect between 82-86, low humidity and no rain. We were so pleased with everything and didn't want to leave. We will be back again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Exceptionally clean

Had a great time! Kids could walk right out to pool and we could either sit on patio while watching them or relax on lounge chairs poolside. Lots of beach toys and pool toys for kids. Games to play inside during the evening. Condo was very clean and equipped with about anything you could ask for. Cookware in condo is nice. We were able to use grills on patio for cooking. Beds are comfortable. Entry is key code now which is much better than having keys. This is a great condo to stay in even tho communication with concierge was problematic.

False Damage Charges

I’ll keep this simple. Place is outdated, we had issues with the AC the whole time which we were responsible for emptying out the drip and the AC not working properly. The tv in the bedroom did not work so always had to sit in the living room but with the AC that wasn’t fun either. On top of all this I got some additional charges stating the lock was broke and door paint was chipped but I know for a fact the room was left how we arrived with no issues. When asked for proof of these costs I get no documentation or pictures but a charge was inserted for me to pay for. Makes a lot of sense right? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Hopefully this review stays but we know how these businesses are ran.

Beach Cottage never disappoints. Pool deck was a plus with my mobility challenges daughter. Stella was a delight to work with and Rob (maintenance manager) was so very kind and generous. We will be back!!

location was perfect

Property was nice, well stocked and a great location. The rules and communication provided by the property manager were intense and abrasive. The property manager had to meet us and walk through the condo with us to tell us the rules in person that were already in writing. In addition, a long text was sent about how we need to provide appropriate tips to cleaning crew and other support personnel with a note/lecture on why tipping others is necessary. We had multiple family members rent in this facility the same week and none of them had that an experience like this. I would definitely rent in this complex, BUT choose another condo.

Beach Cottage on the Gulf!

This is our second time staying at the Beach Cottages both times different units/owners. Enjoyed this unit being on the first level convenient pool access along with the beach. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, everything needed in the kitchen. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, floats, toys, and beach bags were all provided. Easy check in with door codes. Owner was responsive to a few quick messages. Concierge not so much. Sitting on the beach we saw dolphins, small stingrays, crabs, and manatees! Overall a great stay!

Nice condo, pool closed, ants

The condo itself is very nice and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but they are tall so not the best for small children as we did have one kid roll off the bed. I would suggest the owners supply a bed railing that can be put on the beds if needed. The place had plenty of beach towels and beach toys and chairs which was nice to have. The kitchen had everything someone would need. The beach is amazing. Soft white sand and the water was so clear. I had to dock a star because there were ants in the kitchen all week. We informed the owner right away and she gave us the number for the building maintenance guy who arrived right away when we called him. He sprayed some bug repellent around the bottoms of the counters and it seemed to help but did not entirely get rid of them. He said the building has an exterminator service that comes monthly so hopefully that helps. And I had to dock another star because we were the lucky renters who just so happened to arrive the week that the pool and entire pool deck was closed. We were informed in advance of maintenance being done on the pool deck but we were never told that the pool would be closed. In fact when we called the concierge to ask about the maintenance she said she was sure the pool would not be closed. We were very disappointed to discover the pool closure upon arrival especially since there was alot of email communication with the concierge the week prior to our visit and it wasn't mentioned. We met a couple on the beach who were in another condo in the building and they said they were told 2 months ahead about the pool closure. We asked the owner for some money back since we specifically chose this first floor condo for easy access to the pool and hot tub and she refused. Overall, we had a nice trip and the condo and beach was nice but still had to dock the stars because the couple issues did put a damper on our trip.

Fantastic time

Our trip started off rough. Our initial flight on Saturday was cancelled 40 minutes before take- off. Part of the whole Southwest debacle. We were able to book flight for next day. When I talked to Stella she was wonderful. Since the condo was not rented the following week she let us stay until Sunday. Condo is absolutely beautiful. Felt like home. Being just steps from the pool is fantastic. Love the area. Only 2 suggestions. Beach chairs are a little rusty and hard to open. The living room remote back should be replaced. Back is broke and you can see it was previously taped. Had to be very careful so batteries would not fall out. Other than that everything was wonderful. Bed is comfortable and choice of pillows great. I want to again thank Stella for everything.

Thank you for everything!

The owner thought of everything to add to their unit - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, pool and beach toys & beach chairs. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable. The property is older and was having repairs to the pool deck each day of our stay but we just navigated around the multiple construction roped off areas and mid-day noise. From the description, I thought we could hwalk out to the beach from our 1st floor unit but that is not true. You have to walk down the steps to the garage level to walk out to the beach - still close. It would be helpful if the property had keycards or codes for all the doors (to the elevators and out to the beach) so we didn’t have to carry a key around. We also had trouble getting our baby monitor to connect to the WiFi so maybe a weak signal. We also weren’t smart enough to run the smart TV in the living room. We could never get it over to live TV…when’re used to simpler technology I guess. Haha Overall we would recommend this unit. The area was relaxed and not busy with tourists so it suited us great. Beach was never busy during our stay which was perfect for us with a toddler. She loved to sit in the waves and watch the birds. Thank you for a memorable vacation!!

Amazing Condo

Perfect location, close to pool and beach! From day one the owners reached out to us right away. Stella was great with making sure we had everything we needed and that the condo was perfect! We loved that the condo is on the same level as the pool. Condo is super clean, up to date, and has all the essentials for the pool/beach! My family really enjoyed the week. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect Condo

The condo was exactly as described. Tons of room for our family of 4. Very clean, great location right next to the pool, well equipped kitchen. We would rent this condo in the future for sure. Owner is very responsive and the concierge was a plus.

Steps to pool and beach

Nice place. Walk out back sliding door and off the patio and 40 ft later your in the pool. Beach is easy access too. Well stocked with anything you would ever need. Pick this one and u pick a winner.

We are a beachfront community, with a first-floor unit (designated parking under the building) that offers no stairs from the unit to the pool, hot tub and BBQ area.
