We are a privately owned condominium within a prime-location Beachfront Resort in Indian Shores FL -Our unit is an Oceanview first floor unit with Heated Pool and Large Sun Deck, Hot Tub, Gas Grills and Heated Pool. HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB ARE UNDER REPAIR UNTIL NEW YEAR. USE OF NEIGHBORING RENOVATED POOL AND SUNNING AREA IS AVAILABLE TO ALL GUESTS TO OUR UNIT.

Our unit opens directly onto the sundeck for beautiful ocean views and the sunsets views of the Gulf of Mexico cannot be beat. Our unit Sleeps 6 and is a newly painted unit which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, living room, dining area, well-appointed eat -in kitchen, and private patio.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, high end mattress and pillows. It boasts a private dressing area and full 4-piece master bath -NEWLY RENOVATED! Second bedroom has two full size beds and full-size guest bath. A Pack n' Play is on site. Amenities include 3-flat screen smart TV's, DVD player and child movies, complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/heat, full size washer/dryer, beach towels and numerous beach/pool toys, hair dryers and most of all we are only STEPS to pool and beach.

If you want to leave our paradise of Indian Shores~ we are only a few minutes' drive to Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beaches!! 20 minutes to Bush Gardens and 2 hours from Disney Attractions.

We offer 24-hour service to ensure your stay with us exceeds your expectations and we use approved Covid -19 products. Our unit is cleaned after each guest to CDC and EPA guidelines as per industry standards.

Great location. Condo was very clean. Easy check in. Lots of other families but the beach wasn't packed. Kids loved the pool. Beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Lovely rental. First time to Clearwater and we loved it! Thank you for being great hosts!

Home away from home

Trip went outstanding in every way possible. The only complaint that I have is that one week was not long enough! This place was so clean and well decorated the pictures do not do it justice! It is so much bigger and more comfy than the photos online portrayed. The kitchen has everything that you need. The pool access is very convenient and grateful for all ages. We cannot wait to book again next year.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this resort and condo! I would definitely recommend and plan to come back and stay in the same condo. It had everything you need and then some. From cookware to grilling, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and an outdoor mat to use on the beach which came in handy for our 10 month old granddaughter. It was very clean place. My only complaint is the time went too fast! We spent 7 days and I wish it was longer.

Great location and very clean

Very nice beach, nice location of unit being at pool level with easy beach access. Unit was very clean with updated kitchen and furniture.

High class beach luxury

This was such a beautiful property. What a great family escape. The location couldn't be better with the pool right off the patio. The condo was stocked with all the amenities and the beach was gorgeous. We will be back!!

Really nice condo

The condo was beautiful and well stocked with cookware, dishes and everything you could think of for playing on the beach or at the pool. We were no more than a 30 minute drive from all of the sights that St. Petersburg has to offer. We had a very comfortable stay.

Family Vacation

Unit was one of the nicest we’ve ever rented from this complex. Every possible item you will need was provided. Owner has thought of everything! Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and even a nice cooler! Lots of local restaurants nearby, baseball at the Trop, and breathtaking sunsets every night!

Beach Cottage never disappoints. Pool deck was a plus with my mobility challenges daughter. Stella was a delight to work with and Rob (maintenance manager) was so very kind and generous. We will be back!!

Retirement getaway

Amazing place Close to everything Quiet condo Loved how close to pool and beach Everything was provided and easily explained Easy to check in and check out Very clean pool Loved the assigned parking space out of sun Beach was so clean and Chris with cabana rental super accommodating Pictures do not show how really big condo is. GreaT location off elevator and great idea to have luggage and grocery cart available to carry all items to condo easily There was six adults and plenty of room Would definitely stay again

Exceptionally clean

Had a great time! Kids could walk right out to pool and we could either sit on patio while watching them or relax on lounge chairs poolside. Lots of beach toys and pool toys for kids. Games to play inside during the evening. Condo was very clean and equipped with about anything you could ask for. Cookware in condo is nice. We were able to use grills on patio for cooking. Beds are comfortable. Entry is key code now which is much better than having keys. This is a great condo to stay in even tho communication with concierge was problematic.

GORGEOUS property and even more gorgeous condo!

This condo is amazing and leaves nothing to be desired. The 1st floor access to the pool deck is very convenient. The Kotlin's are very nice people and Stella (the "concierge") was very VERY accommodating!! We've been to several places between Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island and this specific location was a perfect balance between all of our favorite places. We did have issues with a couple of other renters (regulars for the month of October) not making us feel real welcomed with our group (we occupied 7 condos total at this location), but we didn't let that dampen our time! There was also beach construction happening while we were there, red tide, and building maintenance construction, but there was nothing we could do about all of that. To be honest, the beach re nourishment project was AWESOME to watch. I would highly recommend this place to friends, but I would make renters aware of the "regulars" and their unwelcoming ways. That is the ONLY reason I would not rate this place a 5 star.

Fantastic time

Our trip started off rough. Our initial flight on Saturday was cancelled 40 minutes before take- off. Part of the whole Southwest debacle. We were able to book flight for next day. When I talked to Stella she was wonderful. Since the condo was not rented the following week she let us stay until Sunday. Condo is absolutely beautiful. Felt like home. Being just steps from the pool is fantastic. Love the area. Only 2 suggestions. Beach chairs are a little rusty and hard to open. The living room remote back should be replaced. Back is broke and you can see it was previously taped. Had to be very careful so batteries would not fall out. Other than that everything was wonderful. Bed is comfortable and choice of pillows great. I want to again thank Stella for everything.

False Damage Charges

I’ll keep this simple. Place is outdated, we had issues with the AC the whole time which we were responsible for emptying out the drip and the AC not working properly. The tv in the bedroom did not work so always had to sit in the living room but with the AC that wasn’t fun either. On top of all this I got some additional charges stating the lock was broke and door paint was chipped but I know for a fact the room was left how we arrived with no issues. When asked for proof of these costs I get no documentation or pictures but a charge was inserted for me to pay for. Makes a lot of sense right? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Hopefully this review stays but we know how these businesses are ran.

Perfect location

The location was the best! We loved quick access to the pool deck, the beach, and nearby bus stops. The condo is spacious and comfortable and included everything we needed and more! We had a great experience and will plan to rent the same unit next year.

Wonderful stay 10/21-10/28/23

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo from 10/21-10/28/23. Stella, the concierge, did a great job communicating with us prior and during our stay. Kelly, who is responsible for cleaning did an amazing job and it was one of cleanest condos I have rented in over my 10 years traveling to Florida. The furnishings, especially recliner sofas and decor are done with great taste and represent a welcoming, comfortable, beachy feel. Everything is top notch with plush towels in the master bath with comfortable linens and comforter. Hair dryers and tissues, a nice touch. We didn't use any pots or pans but they appeared well stocked. The new washer and dryer was exceptional along with anything else you would need in the kitchen. Beach chairs and a moderately sturdy Nautica umbrella are provided for your use. We used them for 3 days, but the wind picked up, so we rented a cabana from Clayton on the beach. Beach towels are also provided. The unit patio is located right on the pool veranda level which makes it nice for setting out chairs, umbrella, beach bag, etc. Beautiful sunsets were seen daily from the condo patio. Be sure to try Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Seabreeze, Caddy's, and VIP Mexican restaurants. Publix grocery store is only about a 5-minute drive. October weather was perfect between 82-86, low humidity and no rain. We were so pleased with everything and didn't want to leave. We will be back again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

location was perfect

Property was nice, well stocked and a great location. The rules and communication provided by the property manager were intense and abrasive. The property manager had to meet us and walk through the condo with us to tell us the rules in person that were already in writing. In addition, a long text was sent about how we need to provide appropriate tips to cleaning crew and other support personnel with a note/lecture on why tipping others is necessary. We had multiple family members rent in this facility the same week and none of them had that an experience like this. I would definitely rent in this complex, BUT choose another condo.

Beach Cottage on the Gulf!

This is our second time staying at the Beach Cottages both times different units/owners. Enjoyed this unit being on the first level convenient pool access along with the beach. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, everything needed in the kitchen. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, floats, toys, and beach bags were all provided. Easy check in with door codes. Owner was responsive to a few quick messages. Concierge not so much. Sitting on the beach we saw dolphins, small stingrays, crabs, and manatees! Overall a great stay!

This unit is great for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family vacation for 6! Maybe a girlfriend get away is what you have in mind. SUNSUNSUN, SANDSANDSAND, BEACHBEACHBEACH...need we say more??!!

We are a beachfront community, with a first-floor unit (designated parking under the building) that offers no stairs from the unit to the pool, hot tub and BBQ area. There is an elevator to the first floor for ease with luggage and luggage carts for your use. Less than 30 steps more and you are walking the beach at sunset to end the day in splendor!
