Renovated and up-to-date 3 bed and 3 bath home just steps down a gently sloping yard onto a walk board, leads you to the crystal clear water of Lake Martin. A massive oversized pier with 5 loungers gives you plenty of room for laying in the sun or a table for 6 under the gazebo when it’s too hot! Our house gives you plenty of options. On the main level, you will have plenty of room for family in the open great room, kitchen with coffee and wine bar and dining table for 8, seating for 4 at the island gives you lots of options. Down the hall, is a full bathroom, a laundry room, guest bedroom with a queen bed and the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath at the end of the hall. Down a flight of stairs to the lake level is another bedroom to the right with a king bed and adjacent second living area with your choice of pullout sofa with queen mattress that sleeps 2 or a Murphy Bed with queen bed that sleeps 2. Inside the round metal cocktail table are sheets pillows and blankets for both. A full bath with shower is adjacent and door to lake completes the downstairs space!

Beautiful place on the lake.

Came for a fishing tournament and the place was perfect. Gorgeous home, with lots of entertaining areas. Will definitely be back!

Fabulous Property For our Girl's Trip Weekend!

Everyone just could not get over how well maintained, clean and well stocked this lake house was. The owner even had fall decorations out for us which were so tastefully done as were all of the decorations in this home. We cooked & ate in and had everything we needed to prepare great meals. I've stayed at my share of vacation homes and this one was by far the nicest one so far. The owner was very responsive to our needs and returned all communications promptly. We will do a return trip here again as soon as we possibly can.

Beautiful Lake Martin home

We had a wonderful, relaxing week celebrating our 30th anniversary at this beautiful lake house. It had an amazing view and was well kept. Susan was a pleasure to communicate with and she responds very quickly. Had no issues at all. Already looking forward to our next visit to this location!

Auburn Family Weekend

We came for family weekend and the house was perfect. It was decorated for fall , had everything we needed to enjoy some family time together. It was a rainy weekend and the covered porches were great

Amazing Cove Getaway

What an amazing home! Everything was just perfect. House was fully stocked from, bed linens to bath towels to disposable hand towels. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soaps and dish soap. They even supplied little travel shampoo bottles! The fullly stocked kitchen making cooking a breeze! Everything was thought of, no detail forgotten! The view and the quiet cove and awesome dock views made for an unforgettable 2 week stay. We had a storm that took out power out, our host was very communicative making sure to send me her text updates as she got them. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Would definitely love to come again!!

Perfect lake house!

This is our fourth time staying at this property. It’s absolutely perfect. Location, cleanliness, everything about it. The host is very nice, prompt to respond, and accommodating. We look forward to many more summers of staying here. This is our favorite summer vacation staying at this house.

Beautiful Location, Great Vacation!

The property was as advertised! Plenty of space for our family group of 7. This home had all of the amenities you would need to make a great vacation. The kitchen was designed and stocked by folks who know how to cook. The living room views of the lake were beautiful. The upstairs rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice. The downstairs rooms were spacious, again, comfortable beds, and the added A/C units made for a cozy place to sleep. The outside areas were very nice to just sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. The dock area was great, as I personally spent many hours out there fishing, swimming, or just sitting and enjoying the water. The walk down to the lake was easy, as our older parents could make the walk with no trouble at all. As a word of caution, the driveway is a bit steep and the parking is limited. I recommend parking in the grass on the side of the house to load/unload your bags and groceries. Alexander City has many grocery stores, fast food joints, restaurants or anything else you may need, and it’s an easy 15-17 minute drive. I also recommend Wind Creek State Park for boat rentals. My wife and I drove to the marina there (about 20 minutes), rented a pontoon boat, then drove the boat to the house to pick up everyone else. We spent an entire afternoon exploring the lake and it was worth it. This was a great place to stay, and we plan on coming back.

Relaxing vacation

Spring Break

We brought our grandkids up on their spring break and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything we needed and was clean throughout. Great location and hope to be back.

Awesome house

We had a fabulous stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. The view was beautiful looking over Lake Martin. We made so many memories. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Even though it rained the first three days, we were cozy and comfortable inside this beautiful home. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the laundry has a full-size washer and dryer. The outdoor area was large and offered fantastic views of the lake. Could not ask for anything better!!

A little bit of heaven on the lake

My husband and I came here to escape the January cold and gloom and got perfect weather with plenty of sunshine. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and Susan has thoughtfully stocked it with everything you need. We enjoyed the spectacular views from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen was a dream (and I don’t cook)! The dock gave my husband easy access to his boat and he enjoyed fishing on Lake Martin while I enjoyed it from the deck. Can’t wait to return in a different season.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

The home was everything we were looking for, a perfect home for my family. Susan was so accommodating and responsive to my emails. It was exceptional clean, wonderfully decorated, comfortable beds, it had all of the amenities you could ask for in the kitchen, perfect location and beautifully maintained. The home is in a nice and quiet area, fantastic views from the deck of the lake and surrounding area. We had an awesome stay, I highly recommend this home and will be looking to book another it again the next time we visit Lake Martin.

Definitely would stay again

Wow! Beautiful home, beautiful setting. The amenities were great. My family and I were able to really relax and enjoy the long weekend. Whether grilling in the outdoor kitchen or fixing a meal in the spacious indoor kitchen we had everything we needed. Clean? Everything was super clean! We hope to come back and stay again in the future. Thank you Susan for everything.

Great stay!

We had a great time, fantastic house! Our only feedback is -- it would be awesome if there were a set of smaller salad/dessert plates (we found we had to run dishwasher 2x/day so we had plates to use for breakfast/dinner, & had to eat lunch off of paper towels). And the queen room was harder to get around- would almost prefer no headboard/footboard so it was easier to get in/out! :) Overall had a GREAT stay though and no complaints!

A Beautiful place to stay on Lake Martin!

This house is recently renovated and is great for a family with adult children to go to. The bottom level was great for my daughter and her husband and their two dogs! The fact that this lovely property is dog friendly is an added bonus. We hope to come back soon!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful week! We were able to dock our boat and had plenty of time swimming, paddle boarding, and relaxing on the dock. The home was clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect Cousins Reunion

Beautiful property with great views of the lake, spacious interior, & easy access to the water for floating, swimming & fishing off the dock. Nice area too. As a group of all ladies we felt very safe & appreciated close proximity to town for any supplies.

This location was so beautiful,quiet, and perfect for our trip to Lake Martin! The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with host was exceptional. We will be returning to this house on our next trip!!!!! Book it, you won’t regret it!

My husband and I have a long history with the Lake Martin area and love it dearly. My husband has lived in Dadeville his entire life and I've been here since we married, so I feel very invested in this area. We have 5 children and 12 precious grandchildren and 2 greats. We have lots of memories here and certainly hope that you and your family make lots of happy memories here on Lake Martin regardless of whether you choose our property or someone elses!

Dadeville has been my husband's home for his entire life and mine since we married. We chose this place out of all of the places that were for sale because the view spoke to us and the area is so near and dear to our hearts. It is not so close to our home that we feel that we are in our backyard but near enough that we don't have to drive several hour to reach it. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we have.
If you want to eat out every meal for your vacation, all you have to bring is your clothes, shoes and toothbrush. We pride ourselves on having a "little bit of everything" available.

Our house is centrally located. Close to River North and Lakeside marina for those folks who need to rent a boat. Wind Creek State Park is only 3 miles away from us by car. There are lots of area restaurants available to choose from in Dadeville like Oscars Cafe, Niffers on the Lake, Millers on Broadnax, Camellia Cafe & The Funky Goat in Dadeville, LaPosadas Mexican Restaurant in Alex City. In Alex City there is Jakes Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, J. R. Sports Bar, Jim Bob's Chicken Fingers, Zaxbys, Sho' Nuff BBQ, Big B BBQ, Sakura Bistro Japanese Steakhouse, Castelulluci’s The Wharf, Sun’s Diner, Who’s Diner, Carib Kitchen, then there is the landmark Kowliga Restaurant, with easy access by water or road (Hwy. 63), The Landing at ParkerCreek (a seasonal restaurant), please check before driving to see if it is open, accessible by water or road, Springhouse Restaurant and Catherine's Market at Russell Crossroads on Hwy. 63, open year round.
