Andrew, I am so glad you decided to come to Miramar Beach just couples days after the hurricane. I am very thankful that we had no damages to our Villa and still be able to host your group. Walton County are amazing in cleaning up the beaches. Very shortly all the debris will be gone, and we will be back to normal. I hope to see next year again. Jon Tchen

Jon was very responsive to my questions and worked to ensure that we had a great stay. The villa was spacious and within walking distance to the beach. Jon lined up a service to have an umbrella and two chairs set up for us at the beach on a daily basis. The villa also included multiple other chairs, an umbrella, and beach activities that we could take to the beach with us I would highly recommend.

We had Total of 11....4 couples and 3 Children under 18, and this property was perfect for our Family get-away. The balconies let everyone have their private time/space to relax. Everything was clean, and ready for us. Jon - The Host was great as well, to help with all our questions and recommendations on Dining. It was easy accessible to all the shops and local sights. Beach across the street and was easy accessible, with 2 beach chairs & umbrella everyday. Kitchen was very functionable for our Family., was able to use counter space for serving all our meals easily, and plenty of dishware. Great property for a large family or several couples.

This place is awesome close to beach 1 minute walk close to stores and restaurants you can walk to so much great location. Host is awesome to deal with very responsive will be back and rent again.

We had a great time in Miramar Beach! The house was very clean and Jon was very helpful with recommendations. It’s such an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants. I’d highly recommend this rental!

If I could give Jon more stats, I would. Communication during booking, check in, and at the end of our trip was above and beyond. Anything I asked was handled quickly. The property was immaculate when we arrived and provided my large family of 10 with more than enough room to be comfortable. E could not have asked for a better experience!

We really enjoyed this VRBO. The villa is pretty, well maintained, and comfortable and is an easy walk across the street to the beach. Jon was an excellent host! He went above and beyond to help ensure we had a really terrific stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

The home is immaculate and beautiful. Exactly as described. Only 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Jon went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Communication with him was superb. He made the whole process seamless. Would definitely recommend this property

Wonderful beach rental

Our group of 12 comfortably spent a week in this wonderful rental. We make this trip annually and this was, by far, everyone’s favorite place we’ve stayed. We found it clean, well organized and thoughtfully arranged. The location is fantastic with easy beach access. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and offered great suggestions to make our trip even better. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Family vacation

Perfect! House is lovely...perfect for the whole family. Beach access was great and having chairs and umbrella was a plus. Great experience overall!

Great property with a great host.

Jon’s property was great for our family-8 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the bunk beds with tvs . The beach chairs and reserved umbrella were a big plus. Jon even provided a pack n play for the 2 year old. Pool was nice and not crowded for the most part. Beach access was great and not crowded at all.
