Great location and pool!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Great location and my kids lived in the pool. Jonathan was a wonderful host!

Lutz cottage

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family and as advertised. It was centrally located and we enjoyed several of the beaches. We would definitely rent again.

Christmas in Lutz

Perfect property for our intergenerational family stay over Christmas. All the amenities of home. Great communication with hosts.

Perfect Winter Escape

I wish I had planned a longer stay. The place was plenty spacious, and I loved being out on the lanai, still a little too cold for swimming, but quite relaxing and pleasant. Lots of great food and activities all around. Owner was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

Fantastic host and fantastic property!

This property was just fantastic. Very well-maintained clean, and well furnished. We couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return to rent at this property again. The host was just as wonderful as a PROPERTY and could not be more helpful. We highly recommend both!

Spring getaway

This property was just perfect. We stayed 2 weeks, was close to everything we needed. Our stay was middle of March. There was a lot to see and do. This home was very clean well stocked, had trouble with a sink drain but the host was there within minutes to fix it. The pool was nice, a little cold but what do you expect for March. Would highly recommend.

Love the Lutz Cottage

This is the second year we have stayed at the Lutz Cottage. It is perfectly located to get anywhere in the Tampa area. There is plenty of space and the outdoor pool area is lovely. Jonathon is great at communicating with us and answering any questions. We will definitely be back!!

Love this place. 2nd time around staying here. Great location. Quiet and comfortable.

Property is great. Comfortable beds and plenty of them. Dishes. Coffee. Iron and board. Everything you need. Just like home.

Great time in the Tampa area

The house was great, the pool was definitely a bonus for the trip. We had family over for a cook-out on the built in grill. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The house was gorgeous and well kept. It's in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Jonathan was a gracious host, very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area. I would happily stay again next time I travel to Tampa.

My family rented this house for almost 2 months for radiation and chemotherapy treatment at Moffitt. The host was available during the check-in process and even went over and opened the house prior to arriving. Every question during the stay was immediately answered and the house didn’t lack anything we needed. There is ample parking and Moffitt USF Magnolia and McKinley are 15 minutes away. There is absolutely every store around that you would ever shop at. We received lots of Amazon packages and mail without any issue. With so many bedrooms, family came in and out without issue. There is another apartment on the other side of the house with 2 garages in between. We never heard him and there was no issue with him. The house is on a pretty busy road as a caution, not an issue for us, but wanted to note it. Our solace for this trip was the lanai and pool. We used the grill a few times to cook and that was nice to have. Even in the heat, the covered lanai and caged pool allowed us to be away from the real world every day and take some times for ourselves. The way the house is set up, Mom had plenty of her own space with the en suite There is a large back yard and there are bunnies grazing every day. A large tortoise come through, too. We made a great decision in choosing this to be our temporary home. Such a responsive host, the pool and deck, large back yard, nice large laundry room, and 4 bedrooms saw to our every need. In this journey, it was a nice place to call home!!

Very relaxing

I rented this home with my husband, our 14 year old son, our 5 month old daughter, and our moms who are in their 70's. Having a private pool was great but what really made our trip was that the owner made sure that we had access to a pack 'n play and a high chair. My husband and I have already talked about staying here again with friends of ours the next time that we leave the cold of Wisconsin.

Comfortable, relaxing and well maintained

We were greeted by the owner when we arrived and found him interesting and accomodating. He even brought us a large work table for our 3000 piece jigsaw puzzle. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We spent six weeks there and had two very small issues that were handled very quickly. We enjoyed the area as it is centrally located and found many state parks to explore. If you enjoy Baseball, there are several parks in the area for spring training.The pool is lovely and there is good cycling, Television easy to use and houses has wifi. Numerous good restaurants in the area, but the kitchen is well supplied if you want to cook. There also is a nice gas grill..

Needs Improvement

We stayed not as a vacation but of necessity while our home was under repair. Two issues 1.). The rugs were dirty so my wife rolled them up. The floor was dirty underneath to the point that one had to wear shoes or wash your feet. 2.). The internet connection was slow and weak. The under lying carrier was Spectrum. Their speed is both substandard and as a cable service the node is shared and the lag time long. Additionally the WiFi router is old and slow. As such I was partly able to compensate by adding my own WiFi router. As I was working remotely during the stay that was necessary.

George, in speaking to your wife, all was fine. As you stayed twenty days, I would have appreciated addressing this on day one! The bath mats were less than two weeks old so knowing which would be helpful. I think 50MB is the ballpark to expect and that is quite adequate to work from home. Thanks for staying.

Almost Like Home

Our Company Travels a lot & we have stayed in Many VRBO . Jonathan & His wife have several we have used while working in the area . They always make sure Our crew is well taken care of. Its hard to work away from your family so Its great to find an owner who understands and goes above & beyond!

Perfect for our needs

Location and premise was outstanding, very nice clean house, more than enough space for us and for the price. Close to everything we needed and privacy deluxe. Jonathan, the owner was very responsive and courteous and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Great House! Great Pool!

Very clean house in a great location. The pool is amazing, along with the outdoor grill space. Kids loved the pool and all of the space to play in the house.

Great quiet neighborhood and roomy house.

Had a good time and house worked out great. Parking for a trailer was good and secure. Outside pool and grill area was great. Wished it was warmer so we could of swam.
