DETAILS:
10 WaterColor East Blvd, #202 is a charming condo located in the Park District of WaterColor across from Cerulean Park, an expansive and intricately manicured butterfly garden is sure to be just the getaway you have been dreaming of. Based a block away from WaterColor's private beach club, savory cuisine and marvelous shopping, everything you need is at your fingertips.

Take the elevator/staircase to the second floor and step inside this accommodation to find a beautiful open designed condo that is perfect for a family or group of friends. The living room features multiple seating for everyone to gather and watch a movie around the flat screen television with DVD player. Grab a cocktail or warm mug of fresh Starbucks and relax on the large wrap around balcony overlooking the park.

A whitewashed cottage style dining room table will comfortably seat six as you create a delicious meal in the kitchen featuring a gorgeous set of warm wood cabinets and solid black countertops.

Down the hallway you will find the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and armoire containing a television with DVD. The connecting private master bath features a double vanity, large closet, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a king bed and flat screened television, in addition to a twin over twin bunk room. It has private access to a spacious bath with a single vanity, combination tub and shower, and stacked washer and dryer.

Great location for a family with young kids!

This was a great location for us as we traveled with young children! The unit also had a great layout for accommodating a small family. The property management company was extremely prompt in communicating with us throughout our visit whenever we had a question or needed something. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Just perfect!

This unit was just perfect for our stay at Water Color with our daughter, son-in-law and 18 month old grandson. No stairs inside the unit was a super bonus and difficult to find in a rental in this area! The furnishings were nice, yet comfortable and safe enough for a little one. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. The bedding and mattresses were of excellent quality, and with back problems, I'm very picky. The bonus bunk room was a perfect spot for our grandson's portable crib, while very close to his parents' bedroom. I highly recommend this property to anyone, but especially someone with a little one.

This property overall is very nice. For our trip, there was plenty of room. When contacted (upon arrival, the elevator was not working and during the stay, one of the smoke detectors needed a new battery), the rental management company was extremely responsive. On our last night, we had rented a DVD to watch, and found there were no batteries in the controller to switch sources for the tv. Fortunately, one of the other remotes had the correct size batteries, so we made the switch. A suggestion for the rental company...check all remotes after each visit. The kitchen had adequate dishes, silverware, glasses, pots/pans, etc. However, there were no seasonings of any sort....not even salt and pepper, which we found uncharacteristic for vacation rentals. The Watercolor area is wonderful and we plan to return many times.

Wry convenient to everything.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. The beach is literally across the street. Bike path right next door.

Watercolor Stay

My husband and I were traveling from London with 4 teenagers. This home is exactly as described and in the best location, just moments from the Watercolor Beach Club and Seaside. Our teens loved how close it was to numerous pools and all of the action in Seaside. The property manager was always very responsive and the arrival kit (dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets and some yummy cookies) was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We will be back!

Beautiful home and great location

Everything about this house was awesome. We loved the location and proximity to the beach club, management was helpful at all hours and the beds were so comfy! Definitely will stay here again.

Another Amazing Watercolor Stay

Location location location. This property is literally a block from the beach club and everything beach. This condo was EVEN better than the pictures! In fact, one of our four stars is because we could have shortened our search for a rental had the pictures shown the beautifully remodeled kitchen! Also, the back bathroom had a separated room complete with walk-in shower adjoining the jacuzzi tub! Big bonus! We were hoping for an early check in but enjoyed some much needed beach time while we waited for our scheduled time. Check out is early at 10 am but we made it at the minute! Definitely recommend.

Great location, amazing community, early mornings...

The condo is just as it appears in the photos. Spacious, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen and outdoor deck are great. The bathrooms and some of the furniture and decor could use some updating, but they are more than sufficient. The best part of staying here is the location directly across from the park, and a very short walk to the amazing beach and beach club! Seriously one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to, and the beach club is beautiful and offers plenty of space across the three pools. A short bike ride or drive through the beautiful and tranquil community to get to Camp Watercolor for kid friendly swimming, waterslides, and lazy river. The only downside is the early morning garbage pick-ups. A fairly loud, beeping garbage truck shows up every morning at about 7am to pick up trash from across the street. If you are an early riser, it won't bother you at all, but if you are hoping to sleep late, you may get annoyed. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for the spaciousness, cleanliness, location, and definitely the Watercolor community amenity access! Lastly, the management company is seriously awesome - on top of every detail from the minute you book.

The only complaints we had were that it was very loud (there were college students staying above us) and there weren't many utensils in the kitchen to cook with. But the location was amazing and the biking company took good care of us when one of the bikes was stolen.

This property was a great location and setup for our family! Walking distance to Watercolor Inn and Seaside town center. Took shuttle to Camp Watercolor which kids loved! Property Management company was very friendly and great to work with! Highly recommend!

Just Right

We had 2 adult couples and 2 kids 10-6, and this was the perfect size for our group. Very very comfortable and the porches were lovely. My folks are not very mobile, so the elevator is clutch. Stylish and charming.

Great location, but noisy

Condo was beautifully decorated. Typical for watercolor. Had everything we needed. Four bikes were a nice addition.Location was nice, but we could hear everything from floor above. Three children running around and jumping up and down. Not to mention the garbage truck every morning at 7:00 am outside bedroom window to empty business dumpster. Once we got used to it, it wasn’t so bad but I do think you should make people aware or should be discounted. So as long as you don’t mind waking up at 7 or don’t want an afternoon nap it is fine. As an FYI—watercolor pool passes do not allow you to use the kayaks so that was disappointing. We go to Seaside every year—so still had a wonderful time. Don’t think we’d stay here again though. We are a family of four with two teenagers.
