This is a 30 night minimum property stay. Visit historic Franklin and Downtown Nashville with the comforts of home. The townhouse is surrounded by plenty of shopping and restaurants with plenty to see and do. This two story town home is tucked away overlooking Cool Springs in Franklin. The home has a back outdoor patio with grill to relax and eat at home. Location is 10 minutes from historic downtown Franklin, and 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville.

Very accommodating hostess and a lovely home!

We've always had such good experiences with VRBO. This one surely did not disappoint! Our hostess, Lindsey, was wonderful and this lovely townhouse had everything we needed to be comfortable! The recommendation to use Uber to get to Nashville was perfect! So easy to use and inexpensive. Our hostess made our trip so much more enjoyable. This townhouse is the perfect distance from historic Franklin (you cannot miss eating at Puckett's!!) and downtown Nashville! Thank you Lindsey!!

Beautiful place to stay

The condo was exactly what we were looking for as a home base to explore Franklin and the areas south of downtown Nashville. It is beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home - extra blankets, comfy towels, well-stocked kitchen. The split bedrooms upstairs - each with full bathrooms - makes it really nice and comfortable when traveling with two couples or friends. Quality throughout. Ideal if you want to do breakfast, lunch, snacks, or even dinner in. Franklin and Cool Springs is literally just down Franklin Pike a few miles - close to the Factory and Farmer's Market, quaint downtown Franklin, and Leipers Fork and Brentwood are both short nearby drives. Percy Warner and Radnor Lake also close for nature walks. Downtown Nashville is about 20 minutes away and an easy commute in for exploring the city. Lindsay was great at responding and had everything perfect for our long weekend stay.Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home during major renovations

My daughter and I stayed here during renovations to our place. It was perfect...clean and conveniently located to anything you might need. Lindsey was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is needing a place to stay in the Brentwood/Franklin area.

Great location

This was very close to the mall and many restaurants yet it was a quiet location. The place was clean and tidy. There were several kitchen items already stocked such as zip locks, some spices, etc. This was a nice surprise! I would absolutely stay here again. The owner responded immediately to any questions.

Great Little Townhouse for a Short Stay

Three of us stayed in the townhouse for a friend's wedding in Franklin and it was perfect for a chill get together. The house was beautifully set up with nice furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The heat worked great which was nice because it snowed while we were there - the garage was also a nice addition to keep the snow off the rental car. The only downside was we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work, but it ended up not being a big deal. We really appreciated the extra touches like the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, etc as well as the bath toiletries for our use. Definitely try out the tub with jets :) Would stay again.

If I could give this property and transaction a 10 I would!

Was in town on business and this property met every need. I will definitely be coming back and will also stay for pleasure when I come to Nashville! Check-in/Check-out process was amazing. Communicating with property owner was great always a quick response. The accommodations were top notch.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were watching our niece play in a golf tournament this weekend. She plays for Auburn University. The bedrooms are HUGE, clean, and stock with all kinds of shampoo and soap. The living room and kitchen area was perfect for the four of us. Anything you needed as far as soap, cleanser, coffee, ice, TWO frozen dinners in the freezer as well. We will be coming back next. Clean, beautifully decorated and homey.

Happy With My Choice

One of my biggest fears in choosing to stay in a privately owned property rather than a hotel is being able to contact the property owner quickly - if and when needed. I can say that the owner of this townhouse, Lindsay, immediately put my fears to rest and was always quickly responsive with any questions or issues that I had. Our trip to Nashville came off without a hitch. I was concerned if I stayed to close to or directly in Nashville in a privately owned property that I might have a parking issue with the Mini-Van that I had with me. This townhouse has a one car garage so my car didn't even have to sit outside overnight. I was also concerned about the driving distance back into Nashville. Although this townhouse is technically in Franklin, it is just on the other side of Brentwood and the drive back into Nashville was 20-30 minutes tops depending on where you were going. The townhouse was quiet, pretty clean (not perfect) but more than doable and my family and I would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back down to the Nashville area.

Great property close to Nashville and Franklin sites

Really nice setup - each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Nice décor and furnishings. Great extras like having a Keurig and coffee on hand! Check-in and out was easy to understand. Convenient location close to Leiper's Fork, Franklin and Nashville. So much nicer than taking a chance on an iffy hotel! Great place for 3-4 people!

Nice Place. Great launching point!

We had a great time staying here. The town home was comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. Lindsey was great and responded quickly through Home Away messaging. The Town Home is situated nicely on the far north end of Franklin. CoolSprings Galleria (Mall) and many other shopping and food options are within five or ten minutes and Downtown Nashville was only about 25 minutes away. Also, we were only about 10 minutes from nice Franklin parks, which were great for our almost 2 year old. The one minor criticism we had is the check-in and check-out procedures were not spelled out and there were no specific driving directions. Lindsey did do a great job getting us answers quickly, when we asked about these items. I would suggest a simple packet be created stating the check-in procedures, check-out procedures, and the driving directions. Overall, we had a very nice stay and are looking forward to visiting the Brentwood/Franklin area again soon. Thanks!
