Cute condo in the perfect location. Loved seeing all the deer. Had an issue pop up, contacted Loretta and she took care of it right away.

The unit was very clean. We had a great time watching the deer from the back door. It is in a great location in relation to Canyon Lake and the local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed watching deer right off the patio every morning and evening. The unit was clean and quiet. It was perfect for our stay. The host were very responsive.

Always fun in the hill country of texas

Nice central location to San Marcos, Wimberley, New Braunfels, and Fredericksburgs. After long days of hiking and shopping the place was perfect to come back to unwind, grab a bite at one of many local establishments and sit out on the patio. Would stay again!

Weekend with family

This property is adorable ! We have to come back to the area in a month and will for sure stay here again. Quiet, clean and plenty of space for myself and my husband and son.

Very clean and updated condo. Sliver view of an arm of the lake but pretty far away, not walkable. Pool was nice to have in the texas heat.

Cute condo!

Great location. The condo was quiet and clean. Loved the patio. You can watch deer, foxes and the setting sun in the evening. The owner was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Would stay again!

A wonderful place

This property was great! It was larger and cleaner then expected. Parking was great and has a nice view from balcony. Well furnished. Nothing to complain about here.

What a great place. Very quiet neighborhood with crazy, awesome wildlife especially at night. From coyotes, foxes, and lots of deer to kitty cats and turkey vultures. I didn’t have a car. Walking to the stores was almost a mile each way but a nice flat walk. Loretta is very communicative and a great host with a nice comfy home.

Amazing

My husband and I decided to go to Texas for the first time to visit family/Anniversary. We had the best place to stay. The condo was perfect, it was in the best location and kept really clean. Can’t beat the view and fun with the deer. Loretta was great to work with she is professional and even checked on us to make sure we had all that we needed.

This was a beautiful place and very very nice!! Getting entry information was very difficult. I think it was more of an Expedia and vrbo issue. We were on the phone with Expedia and vrbo for almost 2 hours to get the door code. The owner sent it right away after Expedia or vrbo contacted her. So the time was really an Expedia and vrbo issue. I think the two recently merged and are not working well together. Our welcome letter could have had the info.

The condo met our needs for the weekend. The host provided good information up front about check in and had a binder of activities in the area. We loved seeing the deer and the fawns in the lawn :) The entire property (not just this condo) is a little dated and in need of some attention. There was miscellaneous junk laying around the property and it looked old. Additionally, the condo itself smelled a little musty when you first opened the door.
