We enjoyed our stay, very close to sights of Dripping Springs and Wimberley. Only 2 negatives, no internet and road noise. We would book again.

This is a great little property just outside of Dripping Springs. It is near a lot of fun activities that my wife and I really enjoyed.

This property is located close to Wimberley’s beautiful downtown. The house was clean but a little musty smelling and smaller that the listing led us to believe. Other than that for the location it was a good value and nice get away.

We went to watch the meteor shower. We had a nice time. House was clean and bed was comfortable. The listing did mention it had water feature on the property a creek maybe, but the house was bordering a barbed wire fence and I wasn’t sure where the property ended. I didn’t want to trespass on anyone’s property and I saw no creeks or ponds. The fenced in area for the dogs was wonderful.

Excellent stay. My wife and I and our small dog were there for a nearby wedding. Location wasgreat as was the outside area. Nicely furnished with good provisions. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at this house! The ONLY reason I gave 4 instead of 5 star is that the property doesn’t have WiFi. They have a basic cable antenna. We used our hotspots to watch streaming apps. Other than that the property is BEAUTIFUL! Decorated to a “T” and pretty well stocked with basic kitchen essentials. The best part was the porch swing! Listening to the crickets and staring at the stars was absolutely perfect. I also love they have a washer dryer room accessible. We loved our stay and plan to be back soon!!

Perfect little get away!

Loved this place. It's super clean and just as comfortable as being in my own home. My favorite part is that I got to bring my fur babies with me. I highly recommend this stay!

It was a great time with my daughter and doggies. Only thing was no WFI but it was fine. The water had a sulfa smell but that is country living lol. It would have been nice to have outside trash bins for the inside trash. I will say the host did come and pick up a few days before my checkout which was nice. I stayed a week. It was quiet and relaxing. Thank you I will for sure stay again.

We would’ve appreciated a heads up about the lack of wi-fi, but other than that we had an excellent stay at this property. Beautiful place to have a nice unplugged weekend.

Really accessible location, cute set up with lots of provisions. The water however had a really strong smell of sulphur, but was informed that it was part of the amenities of having well water.

Retreat from life

We truly enjoyed our time there. It was what we needed after a very stressful month. Internet would have been nice, but not having it helped us unplug. We had no problems with water after purchasing 2 gallons for our morning coffee before arriving. It is a quaint little house well worth the price.

Peace and quiet

I was looking for a quiet place for some solace and time to unwind. This filled the bill. I will say it was closer to the road than I expected but inside I never heard any road noise and when outside it was not bad. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. I would add that internet would have been nice but truly, I never missed it.

This place was very clean and comfortable but we could not get over the smell of the water. Ruined a great stay. The smell was so bad we could not shower. We showered the first day and wretched the entire time, literally made me sick. The smell is a sickening sulfur smell. Was told it is because it’s well water but I have well water and have never had this problem. We had other friends stay in town and they didn’t not experience the same problem either. Very unfortunate because everything else was great.

Good location

This was in a good location to get to different parts of town. The main downside to me is the fence is not suitable for a small pet which they only allow small pets to stay there. There's large gaps in the gates and around the perimeter. Additional fees for the pet should go towards the repair and update of these Gates and fences. Besides that everything was okay.

Great little house but one drawback

House was nice and cozy but we had issues with the water. Water smelled so bad and when we used the hot water the water turned black with sediment. We stopped using it after the first day, not even to shower in. Otherwise the house and property was great, just as described in listing. Except for the one issue we loved it.

The sulfur smell of the water is extremely common in the hill country and letting the water run for about 10 minutes is a good way to get rid of it.
