“Ocean Dreams” is an elevated oceanfront retreat at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, thoughtfully designed for those seeking a coastal escape.

From the moment you step inside, sweeping ocean views take center stage. Step out your private patio door for direct beach access, relax at one of two community pools, or book time with the ASRC tennis pro and play on one of four Har-Tru courts right on property.

The sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen features quality finishes and everything you need to prepare a beautiful meal or enjoy takeout with a view. The dining table overlooks the Atlantic, turning every breakfast and sunset dinner into something memorable.

The light-filled living area offers panoramic ocean views and a large, comfortable sectional layered with plush pillows and soft throws - the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.

The ocean-view primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, convenient USB outlets, and a bedside clock with Bluetooth speaker. You can also step directly onto the patio from the bedroom and begin your morning with coffee and sea air.

Spend your evenings on the private patio with a glass of wine, listening to the rhythm of the waves and watching the sky shift at sunset.

Ocean Dreams is ideally located between The Ritz-Carlton and Omni Amelia Island Resort, offering easy access to world-class dining, spa services, and golf. Downtown Fernandina Beach, state parks, and endless coastal activities are just a short drive away.

Our condo is located in Building C, which is not scheduled for construction until a later phase in 2027. During the current phase, guests may experience weekday construction noise, dust, and reduced parking around the complex. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. We will share updates as the project progresses. Please see map in property photos for building locations!***

Wonderful stay! Property exactly as described and pictured. Safe and quiet. Never heard noise from adjoining condos despite them being occupied. Needed or wanted for nothing. Would definitely stay again.

We love the sound of the ocean and being able to step right out of our door onto (the path to..) the beach. No elevators or stairs…. First floor is perfect for us! The unit is peacefully and tastefully decorated….. cozy couch and chairs….. sweet lanai…. Perfect for early morning coffee and sunrise! Can’t wait to go back

Our stay was great! An absolute beautiful condo and amazing view of the water. Only thing missing was that the pool was closed during our stay, but other than that the condo itself was very nice and clean!

Our hosts were great! The unit was clean and welcoming! We LOVE walking in and seeing the ocean…. And able to walk out and sit on the lanai and just HEAR the surf! So relaxing! Beautiful dawn over the ocean!

Excellent place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well appointed and the bed and sofa are super comfortable. The owners responded quickly to my questions and were very clear about entry codes and other info about the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The view and location were perfect, and this was the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, they responded immediately when we had a question. We will definitely be back!

Hello from Michael and Sarah Harris! We currently live in Atlanta full time with our two cats, but we come to Amelia every chance we get. We got married in 2010 and have been coming to the Island for many years now. Obviously we fell in love with this place the first time we visited! We are so excited to offer this property to our guests; it is the second place we own at the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. (We also own the 1BR/1BA unit next door, VRBO ID 2106981).
