Comfortable and family friendly end unit located on the 4th floor of Amelia Surf and Racquet Club provides you with superb views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. This lovely unit has new LVP floors in the living and bedroom areas and tile floors in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is superbly outfitted for your cooking needs. The baths have been refreshed this spring. The living area has great recliners for you to relax and watch the waves through the brand new windows and sliding door. There are three televisions featuring expanded cable channels. There is Wi-Fi Internet Access, a washer and dryer and so much more. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds.

Wonderful condo equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. We were here for the Amelia Concours event and could walk to and from the Golf Club where it was happening. The beach is nice and right there. The pool was really nice, although we didn’t go in because the weather was on the cooler side. I had to call our host, Suzy, for something and she answered on the first ring and was SO helpful. A great place we’ll return to!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was perfectly located for a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The location was superb in a nice part of the island that was peaceful and quiet. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Lovely location, comfortable stay
Everything as listed. Nice balcony view and short walk out to a relatively quiet beach. Inside was well equipped, clean, and very comfortable for our family. Enjoyed the tennis courts and nearby state parks, too. We would stay again!

Family Reunion
We had a family reunion and had a great time. Rented total of 4 condos. Ours was very nice and liked being on the 4th floor. Great view.

This is the first year ever we haven't been down in the winter to do our own deep cleaning. Stupid Covid! I"ll make sure and follow up with our maid. Thank you for staying with us!

Great place for family time
Very nice place Wonderful to be able to walk to beach and watch the sun rise . Owner immediately accessible when we had a problem with the access code

Location
Location is great. Steps from a non-crowded beautiful beach that goes on forever. Close enough to downtown but less crowded and congested. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Second time we have stayed at Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. Super value and we will be back

Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The view from this unit is wonderful and it’s located on a very quiet part of the island, which we loved. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner. Thanks again!

Beautiful respite
Amazing property and fantastic location. The oceanfront view was a delight to see every morning. And the beach and pool are steps away. We enjoyed our week so much! The condo allowed us to rest, relax, and recharge in comfort. Can't wait to come back.

New year get away
Beautiful sunrise and surf every morning at this location. Clean and comfortable as well. Lots of cooking tools made for a nice family get away. Only one day was warm enough for sun bathing but we found lots to do in downtown fernandina and searching for shells on the beach. Would definitely book again!
