The host/property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond. It was a very convenient location to beach and access to shops in town. View and sunsetwas spectacular from the room.

Perfect location

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. The bed is extra firm and pillows are flat and we could have used a few more towels for our stay, other than those couple of things its a great place.

Thank you for staying. The bed is 1 year old. We'll look at getting some new pillows in there.

Poor communication

Great location, and view. We left a day early due to lack of communication from property manager. Here were our issues: No one responded to my questions and concerns. The codes listed in book in room did not work as stated. Upon looking for another contact number I found an email with different codes to access other areas Pool, pier. Vending and ICE were out of order and locked our entire stay. 7 days no ICE in 100 degree weather. Not cool. There is a coffee pot in cabinet but no pot! We had 3 guests listed and although sheets were provided for foldout couch there was no blanket. Had to use beach towel. Balcony door is extremely hard to open close, and very loud. Even hear each time neighbors open and close so I know they hear ours. Looks like black mold on ceiling. Bathroom drawers and doors are broken on vanity in bathroom. Overall could use some maintenance and TLC.

Last minute need during peak time

Made this reservation last minute. Location is close to this section of the panhandle. Met all our needs for a 3 night stay.

Nice location

It wasn’t what I expected no beach it’s just on the marina good time just hated driving to the beach everyday also no linens for the pull out bed or extra trash bags but overall good!

Thank you for staying. I apologize for the oversight on the linens for the fold out sofa. My 24x7 phone number is in the guest book and check-in instructions. I sure wish you had called as we would have brought them to you right away.

Vacation

Nice view, easy access to everything, couple items need work 1- curtain rod way out of alignment 2- shower is sticking out of wall, could lead to water going into wall

Thank you for staying. I checked the curtain rod over the balcony and wasn't able to determine what you meant by out of alignment. I assume the tap you mention that is sticking out of the wall is really the faucet that fills the tub. I do see a gap and will work with the owners to get it fixed as I couldn't tell why it is like that.
