Emerald Isle 107-On the Beach-Ground Floor

This condo is located in Emerald Isle, a recently renovated, beachfront complex located on beautiful Okaloosa Island. This unit boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, multi-shower head shower, master bedroom w/king bed and small private bunk room.

Our ground floor location and free reserved parking spot right outside the front door makes loading and unloading the car a breeze!

Relax on the white sugar sand beach right out in front of the complex and enjoy the turquoise water which has become the hallmark of the Emerald Coast. Take a dip in the oceanside pool, play a couple sets of tennis, or go for a run on the beach. After a long day, fire up one of the poolside grills and throw a steak on the charcoal.

Beach service is available but not included. We do provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler that you’re welcome to use during your stay.

If you have kids, they will enjoy the Gulfarium, putt-putt golf or fishing from the pier within a couple miles of your front door. There's something for everyone here at Emerald Isle.

PLEASE NOTE - This unit does NOT offer a water view as it is on the ground floor; however, it is only 73 steps to the pool and beach entrance!

The nightlife of Destin is only a short 6 mile drive away and then come back to the quiet seclusion of Okaloosa Island at the end of a long evening.

All the questions we had were answered super quickly. Place is comfortable for a family of 4 (2 kids under 6) love the quick access to the beach and all the beach chair and umbrellas that the owners allow guests to use. We made lunches at the house everyday while the kids nap before going back to the beach, kitchen has all you need!

Beach Vacay 2025!

Okaloosa Island is one of our favorite locations to visit. We have stayed at this property in previous years due to location and the ease of walking out to the beach. It may sound silly but when you're lugging stuff to the beach- it matters! The condo has been kept in excellent condition. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable- a definite plus. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. My 15 year old son enjoyed the rain shower system in the bathroom saying it was the best shower he's ever had! They also provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which reduced the amount we had to pack. The hosts were very responsive and jumped in immediately to help when a parking situation came up due to maintenance on the property. Great place to stay and I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here! The construction was blocking the parking spot, but it wasn't too much of a hassle to park a little bit further away near the tennis courts. We loved staying on the ground floor, which was very convenient to the pool and beach. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed! The construction noise was a little loud during the day, but we were out and about mostly so it wasn't too much of a disturbance.

Crab Island Boating Weekend

Property was as advertised. Clean, nicely decorated, stocked with kitchen cooking utensils and pans. comfortable and quiet. Great set up for a small family or adults. We were there for boating at Crab Island and were 5 minutes from the marina where we rented a boat slip. Owner very easy to reach and get quick responses. Will definitely want to rebook this property.

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I had a great experience. Communicating was quick and easy. Condo was cute, nice and clean! Great location. Very short walk to beach and pool. Added bonus were the provided beach chairs-one less thing to pack! We look forward to coming back! Looking for a good spot to eat? Stewbys is right up the street. We ate there every day for lunch.

Great place right on the beach

It was a great stay! The host was great with communication. Everything about the place is clearly laid out in the listing. It is on the first floor, so it doesn't have a view of the ocean, but it didn't matter....you were still right there in just a few steps! My kid loved the board games they had available to play. It was a great spot for a few days to get away to the beach. I liked the resource with nearby restaurants and things to do! That was helpful! It was also nice having a designated parking spot right next to the unit. My only suggestion is some extra towels. I don't mind doing a load of towels during a trip, but not having a washer and dryer in the unit--it would have been nice to have at least two towels per person. I think there were 5 full size towels.We would definitely stay again!

Okaloosa Island

The location was perfect! Away from the crowds and quiet! The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we could want or need! They are doing some remodeling around the complex but it did not impact us in any way. We loved how close it was to the beach.

Best vacation spot!

I can’t recommend this property enough. The hosts are incredible. They are very responsive, willing to answer any and all questions and very accommodating. The location is perfect with a short walk to the pool and beach. Laundry is a one floor up and the parking spot is close the unit. We will definitely be back!

Okaloosa Island stay

As stated in the listing we knew there was no view. We really enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided. The pool area was very nice. We spent a lot of time on the beach! The unit was fully stocked with everything you need & more! One negative was that a lot of pans/glasses & silverware were not clean. Maybe a new dishwasher would help. This unit would definitely be improved with a deep clean instead of a hotel type clean. Dirty baseboards, stains on doors were seen. The pull out couch was a bit worn out but the king bed was comfortable. Outdoor area could use a refresh with furniture/cushions. Location is very centralized for bars & restaurants

Home away from home

This property was eally mice and the owers very responsive to questions. I would recommend this cono to everyone. No balcony or gulf view, but only a very short walk to the beach.

Quiet and Perfect Location

This was our second stay at this location, first time with this property owner. It was a great experience and a great place to stay if you want instant access to the beach, quiet setting away from business of Destin, and the BEST beaches in the state. The condo was really well decorated and had all the amenities and features we could need. It was a 10/10 experience!

Our home is in a suburb of Atlanta but our heart is on Okaloosa Island. It truly is a dream come true to own a piece of property on the beautiful Emerald Coast!
We are husband and wife and have a beautiful little boy. We love to be outdoors, especially around water, whether it be at home near the lake or here at the beach. We are avid college football fans (Go Buckeyes! and War Eagle!) Most importantly, we love the Lord and feel so undeservedly blessed to own our little piece of paradise.
We love making memories that last a lifetime here at Emerald Isle 107, and our hope is that you will do the same!

When searching for a property to purchase, we looked all over Destin and Fort Walton and we kept being drawn back to the peacefulness of Okaloosa Island. We love the close proximity to Destin and all it has to offer, we love the drive to and from Destin crossing over the bridge, but at the end of the day, we most enjoy escaping the large crowds and coming back to our quiet little paradise.
