We rented this condo because we needed a place for our family of five. It was perfect. We loved the easy beach access and the pool that was right next to the condo. Parking was a breeze and guaranteed so when we wanted to go out to dinner, we didn’t have to worry about having a spot when we got back. Sugar Sands was really communicative and easy to get ahold of. We will 10/10 use them again.

Nice small condo

We have stayed in this building before. Its a great spot steps from the beach. The building and pool are clean. The condo is in great shape. The A/C stopped working one night and they fixed it fast. Overall a great condo with great service!

Great Getaway

I enjoyed staying in this cozy little place, reminded me of home. Was very happy with the location. My mom can't walk to far, but she was able to walk over to the beach and enjoy the pool.

We have stayed at this location several times. I love the proximity to the beach.

Love this location, will return again! The beach is very close, the pool was nice and clean. My family and I felt very safe. Wish the bathroom had more storage- a few more hooks to hang up towels and maybe some corner shelves to keep toiletries in the bathroom.

Clean, close to beach

Location is great, kitchen was kind of cramped, upstairs people can be heard with their every step, bed was too hard for our liking but overall decent for the price.

Walking Distance to the Beach

The property was very close to the beach and places to eat which was a bonus. They provided two complimentary chairs and an umbrella which was the main reason we booked this place. The only thing was that it's not as clean as it could be. The fans were very dusty, the bathroom had some mold and the bed was very stiff. Other than that, the location met our requirements.

Exactly what we were looking for. Very short walk to beach, used Uber to go to restaurants, comfortable space, well stocked w essentials, communication w manager for questions had immediate response and very friendly, quiet area (April visit).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 5 days. When we arrived, the unit was clean and smelled so good! It has everything you need for your stay, including kitchenware. The location is not ON the beach but very close! The beach in this area was much less crowded than other beaches. The pool was very nice and clean and there's a hose to rinse the sand off in the pool area. Tom Thumb next door was very convenient for snacks and other little items you may need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Tropical Isle room 103 was a great experience. We always feel comfortable and safe at Tropical Isle. It is a smaller complex so the pool is never crowded! There is also a convenience store located right next door so those little needed items are easily obtained. The room was very clean and comfortable. 103 is located very close to the pool and the beach is just across the parking lot. We love Tropical Isle for too many reasons to list. we have stayed at this location for nearly 10 years (every year)and will continue to do so :)Sugar Sands Rentals in Fort Walton Beach is great to work with.
