This was our first time renting a house instead of a condo and we had an amazing experience. It was great having our own pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and is a great location to the beach. We absolutely loved it.

Marco Island is paradise !

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation! We would definitely come back ! The location was ideal to everything and the property manager was easy and wonderful to work with while we were planning and during our stay !

We loved the hot tub and the pool and how private it was. The only problem that we had and why I gave four stars for the ease of check-in was because we came after hours and we had a little trouble finding the box where we needed to pick up the keys. Otherwise I would have given all five stars to every question asked in the survey. The house is very clean and had everything that we needed.

Great House! Just what we needed for a peaceful, fun family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family trip. It's a very well-maintained home, very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the furniture was all real (i.e., not IKEA or Amazon pieces), the spa and pool were great. The owls living out front were an added point of interest for our kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Vacation Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the house does not have great curb appeal and seems to be in an older neighborhood, it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room and living area is modern and well-furnished. The bedrooms and bathrooms are not spacious, but comfortable. The pool was excellent - clean, well-maintained and extremely private! Location-wise, the property is very convenient to the beach, shopping and dining.

Great little getaway

I stayed here with my boyfriend and our pup and had a great time! Pool and spa were definitely the highlight and there were very clear instructions on how to operate them. WiFi was strong enough to be on laptop outside. At one point during our stay, the AC stoped working. However, the management company responded immediately and sent someone to fix it and it was back on in an hour! A great and seamless interaction. Neighborhood was safe and peaceful for walking the dog, quiet enough to work outside. Only very minor complaint is that there was some tiny ants in the house and some items that could use some minor fixing (kitchen cabinet doors and sliding door were a little wonky), but given that we spent the majority of the time outside it was no big deal! Additionally, beware that the property is landscaped with rocks which will be very hot in the sun, be sure to take your dogs out in shaded areas. Overall, Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect home for our family of 5. We have three boys aged 9, 4 and 3. This homes pool was large and truly heated, even on cooler days the pool was very warm. The hot tub was very hot, no problems there :) Only 5 minute drive to south-side public parking lot for beach access. Honestly you are only about 5 minutes from anything on Marco Island. And if you needed a larger store like Wal-Mart that was around a 12 minute drive, very reasonable. Home was nicely updated, and well stocked with beach towels and kitchen items. Loved having a washer and dryer to use in the home. Loved the management company's app system, it gave notifications for trash pick up and pool/hot tub heater directions, very user friendly. Didn't need to contact management for anything during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great Customer Service, Mid range property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company and the maintenance people were all amazing and nice but the house itself was a little rough. We come to Marco every year and we decided last minute on this one. We usually rent more high end house but this one was super chap and it was last minute. We did get what we paid for. The sliders did not lock and we had issues with that the whole trip with them coming to try and fix it. We have a toddler and it was scary for me that the doors did not lock properly. There was ants by the front door in a big pile inside and then also coming out of the drain in the master bath. The guest room toilet was leaking with the O ring so there was always water on the floor in there which was kind of yucky. Had great gear to take to the beach which made it easy and all the appliances were nice. The garage door was broken the first 4 days of the trip and would go up but they did fix that. There was not a lot of supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc) so make sure you pick that up on your own before you come to the house because there was not anything extra,

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback, Jennifer. The lock on the sliding glass door in the kitchen has been replaced. Pest Control has treated the entire property. Additionally, we discovered that the wax ring on the toilet in the guest bathroom was leaking, and it has since been replaced. Please remember that we only provide starter items of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.). Great Marco Vacation

We enjoyed the stay on Tahiti Rd especially because it was convenient to family. The house was nice, the kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and furniture was adequate. I was disappointed there was not any grass for our dog. In pictures we thought property was fenced in but, there is only partial fence. Check out was easy by just dropping off keys in drop box.

Vacation in Paradise

We always rent a house because we bring our dog, Mom, etc. This trip was the first time we rented the house on Tahiti Dr. and it was perfect! Very comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely be booking this house again!
